cheers gang. I did have a small pang of 'what's the point' but luckily it was momentary and it quickly changed to 'stuff you' - I'll show you!

you have done so well for week 1 just think even if you only lose 1lb a week for the next 3 months ie for the summer you will be a stone lighter if you lose 2lb a week .....you get the idea:p

lol........I'm a bit of a cocktail queen or chinese stuff yourself buffet kind of gal - neither massively diet friendly unless there is lots of syn saving or lots of restraint in choice!

Superpup, have sent you a pm, because I thought you had already weighed in for week 1, so wasn't sure if your 3.5lb loss was for week 2 or if I've just messed up. Well done either way though!
By the way, SO FAR WE HAVE LOST 27.5LBS!!! Almost 2 stones.......read it and weep WW thread....:rotfl:

I am out this afternoon and this evening. I've found out that dinner will be lasagne, cold meats and salad. So, I'm having another red day. I'm going to eat free food until I get there. I've had yogurt and fruit for breakfast and I'll have a couple of quorn sausages and poached eggs before I leave (quorn sausages are free on both days aren't they?).
That will leave me enough (a) to cover some of the cheese in the lasagne although I plan to only have a small portion. Then I can have a few drinks and hopefully cover the syns in the lasagne. Am bound to go over my daily allowance but have been good all week so I don't think 1 day will hurt.
Will see what's available for breakfast tomorrow before I decide whether I'll have a green or red day.

Uh oh!
Well... it started off very well. Had all my neutral stuff. Took fruit and muller light with me and ate that when I got peckish. Just drank water.
Chose my dinner sensibly. Just had v small portion of lasagne (which hardly had any cheese on it, really tomatoey), lettuce, tomato, grated carrot, chicken, pork, 1 slice of garlic bread and half a dozen chips. Ate that, enjoyed it, felt satisfied.
Helped clear up and ate another 3 slices of garlic bread and about a dozen chips and a jam tart for pudding
Then... when we were sat outside later, someone brought the leftover garlic bread out and I had another 3-4 slices! I can't even blame being drunk as I only had 3 really weak sloe gins and slimline tonics! I feel dirty
This morning I had a bacon and sausage (1) sandwich on wholemeal no butter, plenty of ketchup) and 1 slice of toast with butter and marmalade on. Trying to work out the damage now...

Okay, I'm having a red day again.
so far...
bacon - free
sausage - 5.5 syns
bread - (b)
margarine - 5.5 syns
marmalade - 1 syn
tomato ketchup - 2 syns
So, (b) I've already eaten. I have had 14 syns. Would have half a jaffa cake but think I need to make up for yesterday. Not too bad today, could've been worse (like yesterday).
Oh well, back on the wagon! :rolleyes:
