right i need some help here please sorry if im bein a pain lol

im a bit skint for the next 2 weeks thanx to good old British Gas taking twice the amount they were meant to out of my bank account

anyway ive been shopping and am detemined to start this diet on monday so if i list a few items can you tell me if these are still free as theyre not branded products


asda smartprice


baked beans
spaghetti hoops
peeled plum tomatoes
curry noodles
chicken noodles

i also have some value sausages in the freezer could you tell me the syn value of these too please

theyve said not as has already come out of the bank, all they did was apologise and say its corrected for next month and as i pay monthly dd it'll be there as an extra payment towards my next bill

im not underwater just gotta do some very belt tightening for the next 2 weeks hence the value brands, altho i do usually get the supermarkets own brand so its only a drop of one step

if these are your super noodle thingies then they are syned only batchellors fat free ones are free (i think), will look up syn value tomorrow for you

Under the direct debit guarantee, they have to inform you if they are changing the amount. if they do this without informing you..then you have a right to the money back immediately. I have done this in the past, and the bank backed me up.

You're welcome, hope it is of use..don't let them wriggle out of it.When you sign up for a DD whether it is online of in person there is always one of those little slips which comes with it. Have a look for yours and use it against them.
