Ahhhhh yes, could do a veg chilli! I love them and haven't had one for ages!
I have just eaten 2 little cakes that DD made for me at school! They are supposed to be healthy ones and actually tasted very nice! Usually I am very strict on myself, but I am gonna let these go as they were made by DD!And would have been cruel to say no! xxx

I know this is gonna sound silly, but I will ask anyway! I have an egg poacher somewhere which I have never used! And was thinking about a nice red day free fry up tomorrow! I am right in thinking that you put some water in the bottom of the poacher, get it boiling and then put the eggs in the little cups and then cook them? Does anyway know how long they take and should the water be simmering or boiling? I like my egg yolks quite runny...xxx:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0

you let the water boil, but not dry and it works by steaming the eggs with the lid on. I like doing mine in the non stick frying pan, add water with a bit of vinegar, put eggs in and cook to taste. I also like mine runny mmm am off to farm shop to buy myself a tray now...Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

basically on this plan you can eat as much as you wanted to as long as it is a free food, then add some more in the form of healthy extra choices then add some more in the form of syns.
as for motivation, if we cant motiveate you then you are a lost cause, we are a great bunch here and will do everything in our SW power to help you succeed:TDFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

Hello! That is why I am here! I have sooo many items which I cannot wear and hardly any which I can so need to sort it sooner rather than later...especially with summer being on the way! Don't want another summer where I am being a right sweaty betty mess! I dunno if I could do this on my own and is great to have all the support from everyone here!:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0
