I lose hardly anything if I have greens, have to make sure I dont have more than 2, and they have to be spread out. Success Express is good for weightloss boost but it took me sooo long to get my head around it! I didnt even attempt it last time, just stuck to green, red and mix2max. This time round I dont lose anything if I do a mix2max lol, my body is totally different on this weightloss journey.
Anyway....today I have had a mixing bowl full of virtually fat free natural yog, with chopped pineapple, apple, grapes, bananas and strawberries and I am stuffed! Lunch will be eggs, bacon, 2 sausages (half syn each) and plum tomatoes. I may have some beans as a HEB, undecided! Dinner is likely to be chicken breast with salad and fat free italian dressing and 42g feta as HEA.0 -
I usually always do green days but think that I am gonna start trying to have a few red ones as remember when I used to do SW I used to loose a lot more if I did a few red here and there. Just worry as I can always stuff myself on green as am a huge pasta / rice / potato fan but not so much a meat fan! I am gonna try and find a few red day ideas now I think! Dunno what I would do for a red day lunch? xxx:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0

One of my fave lunches is neutral and thats a homemade soup. Its great if you cant decide which way the day is going until dinner time as you can have a neutral breakfast of cereal and milk using HE then have a neutral lunch and not have to worry til later, great for me as Im often not sure what Im doing lol. I bung in a load of chopped veg and vecon stock and then blitz it in the kenwood and keep it in a tub in the fridge, does a few days.0 -
Hi everyone
I know I said I'd weigh in on a Wednesday but I started on Saturday last week so is it okay if I have that as my weigh in day? It'll be easier for me to keep track with if I do.
I have lost 3.5lbs this week :j
I am out this afternoon and this evening. I've found out that dinner will be lasagne, cold meats and salad. So, I'm having another red day. I'm going to eat free food until I get there. I've had yogurt and fruit for breakfast and I'll have a couple of quorn sausages and poached eggs before I leave (quorn sausages are free on both days aren't they?).
That will leave me enough (a) to cover some of the cheese in the lasagne although I plan to only have a small portion. Then I can have a few drinks and hopefully cover the syns in the lasagne. Am bound to go over my daily allowance but have been good all week so I don't think 1 day will hurt.
Will see what's available for breakfast tomorrow before I decide whether I'll have a green or red day.

I often have a neutral day, then can decide at teatime what i would like.
One of my fav red day recipe is the chicken wrap.
1 chicken breast
2 slices of lean bacon
1 laughing cow triangle light
herbs and garlic
Cut chicken breast, insert laughing cow light triangle, i like to add garlic and herbs here but tastes nice without (can use as one of HEA choices you have about 5 as a choice)
wrap bacon around and put in oven, mine is a fan oven and i put it on at about 160 degrees.
serve with HEB choice of jacket potato, or a serving of new potatoes and veg, or salad.
As it is a red day you can eat two of these if you want, and i lke to eat the rest of the triangles as a snack or on the jacket potato.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
