    Hi everyone!

I think I lost another 1lb today but of course I didn't weigh myself so I don't really know :o

    Red day...

Had Weetabix x2 (b) and skimmed milk (a) for breakfast with a glass of orange juice (3 syns)

Lunch was spread out over about 4 hours but I had a banana, 3 ryvita multigrain (b), a kiwi, a pear, 2 laughing cow triangles, (a) cpl slices of ham, mullerlight.

Dinner will be Roast Pork and roasted veg. DD1 is moaning as she doesn't like pork  Tough. Whilst I'm having to do all the organising, she's going to have to eat what she's given. :D

Just spent £55 in Tesco. All I bought was fruit and veg, cottage cheese, Quorn stuff, pasta, fromage frais, light babybel, bovril and 20 mullerlights!!! :rotfl: Oh, and a Nimble loaf and the SW mag.

Am going to a friend's Mum's tomorrow afternoon. Will be staying there Saturday night and coming back tomorrow. There will be alcohol  I'm going to find out what will be for dinner tomorrow night and decide whether it'll be a green or red day based on that and stay syn free until I get there.

We'll prob have a cooked b'fast Sunday morning so I thought if I take some quorn sausages, I can have grilled bacon and a poached egg and have a red day. Or I suppose I could have quorn sausages, egg and beans and have a green day. This is very versatile isn't it? :p

Spreadsheet updated with the PMs and posts for the last couple of days - I'll add a quick post every time I update it if that's okay, then I know where I've got to - so you don't need to pm me any more (unless you want to of course :)), I am managing to keep up....lol!

Been super-good today, but off out for a chinese and drinks in a minute, so will probably be a little bit bad (going to have some sort of stir-fry veg and boiled rice, with a 'couple' of voda & low-cal tonics ;)).

Enjoy your foodies and drinks Snags! xxx

Hi everyone - I was naughty and weighed myself (I get obsessive over weighing myself so trying to limit it to once a week) and I have lost 1.5lbs in 2 days so that has helped persuade me not to open a bag of crisps!

Havent decided on tea tonight yet - so going to look through the thread for inspiration.

My dinner was scrummy! I had an asda stuffed pork joint (not on my own). I only had a bit of the stuffing. Not sure how many syns to count. I picked all the fat off the pork. Every bit. Can I say 5 syns for a bit of stuffing or do you think I should count it as more? I've only had 3 so far today but would like to spend 2 or 4 on jaffa cakes :D

if it was the pork shoulder with mushroom and bacon stuffing, 'all in' (pork and stuffing) is 2.5 syns per 100g.

If it is a pork based stuffing and you are on a red day, I can't see it being very high........
