    Ummmmm......well, I may as well just confess......the night out didn't quite pan out the way I'd hoped, diet-wise.....

    The chinese was a buffet type thing and didn't have any boiled rice OR stir fried veg, only really high fat things. I think I did quite well though, and only had a small plate full of 'stuff', even though it was £12 for 'all you can eat'.

    But then there was the drinking...

    And the more drinking...

    And the more drinking...

    And then a bit more drinking...

    Just popping in to say hi!!

    Im doing O.k seem to have got back into SW quite quickly, think being back at work helps as there are no temptations except fruit,fruit and more fruit!! I've also cut my alcohol consumption right back so Im hoping for some wieght loss this week (please :A )Out for a meal tonight though so thats my big test!

    when we were messing about with WiiFit last last it said my weight was different to what I thought.....twas 1/2 stone higher:eek:
    so I am going to ignore it;)
