Hi everyone,
All this talk of summer clothes, and I'm dreading trying to get into last years clothes.
Started off well this week since last weds, stuck to it... Until today
I work in a childrens home and one of the kids decided he was having a cooked breakfast this morning, which he made himself ( with supervision by another member of staff). and proudly presented me with a full cooked breakfast, not too bad but all done in a frying pan with loads of grease......
Didnt have the heart to say no. just seen this in the SW book, never noticed it before. It is on the page of b healthy options and says
'you can replace any branded cereal with a supermarket own brand of the same cereal'
Cool! I'd been sticking to what was exactly on the list, but i'll now start buying own brand fruit and fibre etc!
