Sounds like that would be best. That was I can start a fresh!

I just hope that I manage to keep that off or lose even more.

    Thanks

Oh help....I'm trying to have a red day to speed up my weight loss, but it's not easy if you don't like meat!

This is what I'm thinking of having:

shredded wheat (heb) with mullerlight instead of milk

    tuna salad

jacket potato (heb) with cheese (2 x hea so I can have plenty of cheese...lol)

    snacks - banana, apple, orange

Is that okay? Will I die of boredom?? :o

I'v been sticking to about 9 syns a day and I wouldn't be having any there, so I could include a couple of jaffa cakes to make it a bit more exciting, but if I get the jaffa cakes out, I'm not sure I could stop at two!

TBH I would be tempted to have a green day with those foods and have tuna as your HEB. Also, if you buy half fat cheese you can have 42g as a HEA which is alot, that way you can save a HEA.

Can I say that I was chuffed this morning, my OH got me a Tshirt out, at my request, but he got it out of my 'too small dammit' drawer....but I put it on and it fits - size 12 woohoo! When I started last year I was 16 top and bottom, bottoms being a tad too tight. Now I am 14 bottoms and 12 top yay!

Thanks, not going shopping till the weekend but I'll get some half fat cheese then. I might get some of the light Babybels and Laughing Cow cheeses if the budget will stretch!

I thought I would try a red day as everyone has been saying you lose weight more quickly, and I always stick to green days. Just found some chicken slices in the fridge, so I might nibble on those if I get hungry. I would have done some chicken and lettuce wraps if I hadn't run out of lettuce!

I find I lose weight well on red because I graze on meat & free foods almost constantly and I make sure I dont have any potatoes/pasta/rice as a HE. My fave red day is pile of bacon, sausages, eggs, toms, mushrooms for breakfast then for lunch I have a huge chicken breast with salad and fat free dressing, and for dinner I have a massive steak with salad and dressing. It doesnt happen often cos Im skint, but I used to do the above meals alot last time I lost weight. Maybe thats why I am in debt now lol

Well done Jennyred! :T Spreadsheet updated - we have now officially lost over 2 stones! :j

Cleosmum - hmmm.....maybe I should make something different for dinner then, instead of the jacket potato. I've got bucketloads of quorn in various guises, but can't think of anything to make with it using the ingredients we've got in the cupboards/fridge.

I could maybe do quorn sausages and beans?? If I cook some oven chips for the boys, they will be happy with that too.

Does anyone know where you can get the Ryvita Breaks? I've looked at Asda and Sainsburys but they didn't have them. I've been having a normal Ryvita instead, but I'd rather stick to it properly.
