me too i would have this on agreen dayTBH I would be tempted to have a green day with those foods and have tuna as your HEB. Also, if you buy half fat cheese you can have 42g as a HEA which is alot, that way you can save a HEA.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

Well, I haven't eaten what I said I was going to! I had a mullerlight and shredded wheat, and then some pineapple, then chicken and peppers for lunch, plus 3 jaffa cakes and a bag of Ryvita Minis.
I think I'm still okay though - the shredded wheat was a b choice, and so were the ryvita minis. The chicken and peppers was free, and the pineapple and jaffa cakes came to 8.5 syns.
Going to make a tuna pasta bake without the pasta () for dinner, all free except the cheese I think, which will be my hea.
Also done 20 minutes walking, and will do another 20 minutes at 3pm......don't you love the school run - enforced exercise!!
And I WILL stay away from those blimmin jaffa cakes!!
