Thanks!
I think sometimes its a little hard to go back to something and I have but on about 2 and a half stone since last summer. So that has knocked my confidence a bit. But I will get there.
I have a tub of pineapple on my desk that I am tucking into which will hopefully keep me going.
But you can eat loads which is why I love this diet so much.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Lucy, well done for going to group, and you can def lose that weight this week
I'm about tuck into virtually fat free natural yog with loads of chopped up pineapple, banana, red grapes and strawberries, looking forward to a change, normally eat 2 weetabix (HEB) with 250ml of semi skimmed milk (HEA) but I am trying to boost my weightloss this week, so its fruit first thing to try and kickstart the old metabolism. Just been for a 30 minute walk too, so my system should be raring to go lol.0 -
Hi everyone
I'm sorry - asking for help again as I just can't decide. I have to have pub lunch with work today (boss leaving). I've just looked up the menu and nothing jumps out at me as being a SW plan friendly choice. I wondered if you guys would take a look and let me know what you'd go for?
I've not had anything yet so could do fruit salad and muller lite yogurt for breakfast and maybe even the same this evening?

Thanks so much everyone - and thanks also for the supportive full of ideas posts which are keeping me motivated to do this!

Mozzarella, tomato and basil salad? Ask them to do it without dressing and use the mozarella as a HEA?
Jacket potato, cheese and bacon? You could ask for no butter and use the cheese as a HEA and the bacon as a HEB.
BLT Sandwich? Ask for no spread on the bread, go red and have the bacon, lettuce and tom as free and use the bread as a HEB.
I know the healthy extras will have to rough estimates and not accurately measured, but I dont think that will hurt for 1 meal/day. If it seems like a mountain of cheese then you could use 2 HEA or 1 HEA and 6 syns, you will need to see the portions sizes. Well done for researching first, many people would just go in blind and keep their fingers crossed lol.0 -
Piggybanker...maybe you could have the jacket potato with macaroni cheese and use the cheese as a healthy extra? As the pasta and Jacket would be free on a green day...I think that is what I would have! Yum!:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0

I know I didn't realised how much I missed it here.
I've just had a mini ring doughnut.... I think it's about 3 syns which isn't to bad. I feel like I have taken part in the birthday celebrations without ruining the diet.
