    Thanks Keren

Actually, it's a Tesco jaffa cake and according to the syns online bit on the sw website, they're only 2 syns :j

Unfortunately, I still only have enough syns left for 1 jaffa cake

We've just had the tikka masala. It was bl00dy hot! I was the only one who could eat it all. Next time I make it, I'll put less cardamom seeds in, less lemon juice and much, much less chilli!

DD1 only ate half of it but she says she's full. I put butter beans and chick peas in.

Oh well, it was free.

Cup of tea and a jaffa cake now then that's it for the day.

you should only weigh yourself once a week (apparently) as the body fluctuates during the week and the day. I was naughty and weighed myself most days last week - I went down 3 pounds, then 1 pound heavier than when I started and then I lost 6 pounds on my official weigh in!

It also takes 5 days (again apparently) for weight to be properly 'lost' and 3 days for it to be processed after you eat it and go 'on'.

good evening guys. have been on study day in london today so have had a longggggggg day!!!
was good all day but started to fatigue about 6pm so got burgerking at station! oh the shame. :o
will go for run tomorrow to make up for it.

am trying to not get in the habit of weighing myself everyday but have failed miserably!

by the way - is stress good for weightloss??

OH and I are going to look at a house tomorrow - thinking of buying for the first time but i remember someone once saying that buying a house is one of the most stressful things you will do in your lifetime.
-if so, i should of done it years ago!!!!
