Well Done. I like having a good run until weigh in.
I know I just tend to kick myself over the bad days, i'm just going to be really good from now on and make sure I get something off for next week.

I've blown it.....
I had a bad day yesterday, was really tired and fed up and I ate loads of junk!!! I have now managed to convince myself that going to class tonight is only wasting money so I am going to stay home and go next week, after being really really good.
Why do I do this to myself?
Feeling really bad now.
Go to class! Even if it is a gain it will only help going to image therapy and spurr you on to a good week to come. I cant miss a week, even if I know I have been bad, because I know I will sabotaged myself on the 2nd week. We had a lady rejoin 2 weeks ago, she was distraught, she hadnt been since christmas, had had an op and eaten junk whilst she recovered. The week before she was on the phone in tears to our consultant saying she just couldnt face how bad it was. She bit the bullet and came in - and had only gained 1lb
Go to group Lucy, it wont be that bad!!0 -

Bunny - 5 pounds - fabulous news!!!!!!
Lucy - yes, go to class - it doesn't matter what the result - you know at least where you go from there rather than having a head in the sand moment.
God I was hungry at work today. Grapes through the morning just didn't cut it. I almost gave in and bought a wagon wheel from the cafe we have, but I gritted my teeth!
Tally for the day:
optivita (hob)
skimmed milk (hoa)
strawberries
grapes
baked beans
quorn sausages
crisp - 6 syns
pineapple
and it will be chilli made with pork mince tonight which will be my other hob. i'm looking forward to that with loads of boiled rice."Stay Wonky":D
