• This is one of my favourite desserts but can be snacked on whenever you feel like it as its free. I know strawberries and black pepper sounds strange:confused: but it really is delicious and fresh. Go on live dangerously:rotfl:

Okay, spreadsheet updated - shout if there are any mistakes or anything I've missed but I think I have updated anything that's been posted on the thread or PM'd.

Oh crap - will add you now! :o

Edit - ahh, I remember why you're not now - I read your post (yesterday I think?) saying you were going to post your weight and then you said you weren't quite ready to, so I hung off amending the spreadsheet in case you posted it....and then I forgot to check back. Sorry hun x :)

Hello, I have just found this thread. I have been following SW for 1.5 weeks and with broccoli and cheese soup and sw quiche I am just about getting through the day without many syns. However I am unsure how many syns I can have each day, and does this vary according to how much exercise you do each day. Any advise gratefully received

Hi Madhouse - I think they just say 'up to 15', and it's up to you to find the right level for you within that - if you don't lose weight on 15, try 10...etc.

I'm new to it too though, so I could be wrong.

If you want me to add you to our spreadsheet, just let me know.
