Ohh just noticed I'm on the spreadsheet
My starting weight in aug 07 was 11st 6.5, I am currently 10st 6.5, my target weight is 8st 6.5. I have set an interim target of 9st as I struggled to get to that last time, if its too difficult I may rest there a while! My club 10 is 10st 4.5 (not far away). I shall let you know how weigh in goes tomorrow, my scales say 1.5lb off but they lie lol.

Okay, I'll add your weights, just yell if there's any you want to change at any point.
I've put your start weight as 10st 6.5lbs, because I've no spare columns for weight already lost - is that okay?"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
What do you spend your syns on? quote]
I use 3 on a glass of orange juice with my breakfast. An occasional 1 or 2 as part of a meal but the majority of my meals at the moment are all free. I've started having a couple of jaffa cakes after my dinner as I was aware I wasn't eating many syns and thought I probably should.
I don't ever feel the need to eat in the evening. Once I've had my dinner (I like something sweet after this, just a biscuit will do) and a cup of tea, that's it for the day. I like chocolate but very rarely have a craving for it. I do like crisps but haven't missed them yet but then again, I've only been doing the SW plan since Saturday

as you havethe internet i wouldnt go for the food directory, it is very large and heavy and to be honest you cant really take it shopping with you. you can register with SW and use their syns online and syns calculator which is much more up to date. someone will post the password each week so we can all log in. the branded food free book is my favourite it goes everywhere with me and recipe books are always good to have if you cook from scratch or want to learn to cook from scratch.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -
Thanks.... will have to look at the site later with the password....
I will defo go for the branded foods and the recipe book, and leave the directory then..

I've blown it.....
I had a bad day yesterday, was really tired and fed up and I ate loads of junk!!! I have now managed to convince myself that going to class tonight is only wasting money so I am going to stay home and go next week, after being really really good.
Why do I do this to myself?

Lucy everyone has off days
dont feel guilty...
As my class teacher used to say " it takes a while to put it on...and will take a while to get if off"
sound advice
dont beat yourself up about it
On a different note I have managed to eat well since Monday have saved some checks ....might use them at weekend.
Still have to weigh myself though:heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0 -
DONT MISS CLASS, IT REALLY ISNT THE END OF THE WORLD. RECONVINCE YOURSELF THAT IT IS ONE BAD DAY OR EVEN WEEK WHATEVER AND GET YOURSELF BACK ON TRACK. IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO GO TO CLASS GO IT MIGHT JUST BE THE PUSH YOU NEED WITH ENCOURAGEMENT FROM THE GROUP FOR YOU TO DO BETTER NEXT WEEK AND AS YOU KNOW WE ARE ALL HERE TO SUPPORT YOU. IF YOU DONT GO YOU MAY WELL NOT GET BACK ON TRACK, I KNOW I HAVE BEEN THERE AND DONE IT. 1 WEEK LEADS TO 2 THEN TO 3 AND SO ON. PLEASE GO TO CLASS IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT.
sorry about the red caps but i needed this message to be seen.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

Oh Lucy, try not to worryOne bad day is just that...one bad day. I was always told (and should actually remember this myself sometimes!) that you should think of the week like a beautiful bunch of roses...and if you had one bad rose (day) you wouldn't through the whole bunch away. Do they still charge you for the missed class? Maybe you could go anyway? I did that once, had a cack day and my god scoffed sooooo much food and still managed to loose! I couldn't believe it!
Try not to feel bad, see today as a new day xxx:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0 -
