    I would be really surprise.

I'm not going to go into what I ate. I'm hoping it wont be as bad as putting all of it back on, but I am a little worried I might have done as I was bad on Monday evening to.

This is agood website for sw info:
    http://slimmingworldsupport.editboard.com/index.htm

Also it has a list of the SW books available and the order nos: 0844 8920404 so that people can order direct and not pay the ridiculous prices on Ebay. I don't go to class and have ordered from them before. Delivery is quite quick also.

I have just weighed myself and now weigh 9 Stone 5 lbs so thats a loss of 5lbs in my first week.

I am not convinced that my old scales were telling the truth at my starting weight of 9 stone 10 lbs though:confused:

I still want to get down to 8stone 7 though.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Iv'e decided to be brave and have a red day tomorrow

I had to pop to Asda as I realised I had no tomatoes for the chilli tonight and I was sooooooooooooo good and didn't give the fresh cream Belgian truffle trifle in the reduced fridge a home - it is my favourite - but I didn't do it :T

i've bought a couple of bits for tomorrow, I'll make a big salad with cooked meats for lunch and I'm going to see if I can do a red day:eek: . I've also bought the Asda 0.5 syn each sausages for dinner tomorrow night.

I'll be at work and then out walking Charlie until gone 3 so hopefully the green day foods won't tempt me too much!
