I don't know if you have been told, but apparenltly Harltey are doing a 10 calorie ready made jelly (for those that fancy some on the run!) which only counts as 1/2 a syn.

I've got a couple in the fridge - by coincidence had 1 last night ! It was pretty good for sugar free - they are in little individual tubs, I've got strawberry.

But I keep thinking that when I did this first time I lost 4.5 stone, and have put 2.5 stone back on so every little helps and it's not like it's virgin weight loss. Well it makes me feel better.
My first time round I lost just under 2 stone, I put it all back on and a half stone more and it just will not shift! Its taken 8 months to shift 1 stone and out of all those weeks I only gained a half on 3 occasions, I just lose a half and then stay the same for weeks, then lose another half. Having spoken to numerous people it appears that if you lose weight, gain it and try again it just doesnt shift easily0 -
I didn't think it would, but I am going to keep at it and it will come off eventually.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0

:T Well done everyone! :j
Snaggles, don't worry, I think I'm also suffering from the TOTM bloat. The scales say I've lost 1lb but my trousers were baggier on my bum so I reckon if I'm good this week, I'll have a better loss next week.
Would've liked to have lost more but I suppose I only started on Saturday and it's a step in the right direction.
Am definitely going to sit down and make meal plans tonight after I've tidied up. I have a friend coming round for dinner tomorrow so HAVE to tidy up!
Thank you for all your suggestions. My main problem is my DD1 is not so keen on taking leftovers or stuff to heat up, whereas I don't mind at all although I still find it easier to knock up a quick sandwich. I think I'm going to make her a list of things she can have on green or red days and let her fend for herself. She is 19 for crying out loud!
She wants quorn sausages, sw chips and beans tonight so I'm going to pander to her whim as it's quick and I can't be bothered.
Ended up just having fruit, mullerlight and a couple of light babybel for lunch as used all our (b)'s up on cereal for breakfast. Whoops!

Sainsbury Be good to yourself Cumberland 8pk chilled are 0.5 syns each
Tesco healthy living chilled low fat pork ones are 0.5 each as well."Stay Wonky":D

Hello everyone
Please can somebody confirm whether sugar free jelly is free?
I had a really big lunch today at work (all on plan) so felt nicely filled up but still fancied something sweet (even after fruit salad). I thought jelly might just do the trick.
TIA - and I hope everyone's ok
