  • I made the chicken tikka masala for tea tonight-my first ever attempt at a curry from 'scratch' and it was really nice!!! Im very pleased and want to try more curries now.

If anyone wants the recipe, let me know.
Syn free too btw-however, I like lots of rice so had 8 syns worth of rice...
If you are looking for good curries chickenmeals.co.uk have a couple of great chicken recipes. I tried both their curries and they are both good. They also have other nice chicken meals on their site and a free competition too.

I have SW curry for dinner tonight. I made a vegetable balti (from one of the books) the other week and froze some. It's really nice and I love my curries and again I have it with loads of rice and it's a free meal.

welllllll, looks like I'm first to weigh in on the challenge as I started with Bunny a week ago.

    I've lost 6 pounds.

    I can't decide whether I feel :D , :( or

    :D because I should feel happy - it's a good start
:( because it shows how much I have to lose in total because I've lost 6 pounds in the first week
 because it's a drop in the ocean and I've been here on many, many occasions.

Still, on to week 2. I won't set myself a mini weekly target in case I don't do it, (although secretly, I'd like to lose 3 pounds for some reason  )
