I do think EE is wonderful and I suppose it would be something to go back to when I feel like I need a week of no dieting!DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

Hi Marion,
keep at it! Don't get downhearted, just remember how much you've achieved sop far. I bet that eating lots of superfree food will help. Could you also try to focus on eating more speed and superspeed foods? One of my old consultants said that we should aim for 5 speed foods per day to boost our weight loss and it does work.
Good luck!

Just a comment on the EE plan - I followed it for 2 weeks - week one I maintained and week two I put on a pound. Went back to O/G - lost 3lbs last week and then 2lbs this morning.
I think the extra carbs dont do me any favours - I will freely admit that I am a greedy mare and I was basically eating too much. Thats my theory anyway! x x xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

I know this has probably been clarified like maybe, what a 1000 times - but can I just ask a quick question,
with EE, do you have to do that every day? Or could you just throw it into the mix and have one now and again?
Also, I've never done Mix to Match before (Is that even what it's called?). Where basically, you can have say a neutral brekkie, green lunch, and red dinner - is that how it works? And does it work?
I'm sure I've said before that I much prefer red days, but mainly for dinner time, I'm kinda thinking on the days that I go to the gym, I could maybe do with a few more carbs, so was thinking of having green lunches, and then red dinners - does that sound as though it would work?
