Thanks hun. I cobbled summink together - whisked 2 eggs, some natural yoghurt and some cheese, poured it over the top of the moussaka. Was really nice, but I'll make a note of your recipe for next time.
I think I need to look out for the saucy secrets bookIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Evening all - weigh in on Weds, have had a so so week. Nothing majorly bad but ate some stuff for the sake of it (ice cream! Its freezing and I dont like the stuff but needed something sweet!)
Had an omelette for tea and a jacket for lunch and that is about as wildly exciting as it gets!
Not sure whether I want my WI to be cancelled or not! x xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

stuck indoors all day today. It's my day off the office, but I teach 2 classes, both of which are cancelled as the schools are shut.
Food for today, might end up being a bit of a list as I'm inside all day, but as long as I keep within the rules, I'm not going to feel guilty if I eat lots.
Planned food (!)
b: muller and a banana
l: pasta n sauce with HE milk and HE mozzarella
d: leftover roast chicken and pork, mixed with rice /veg to make a paella."Stay Wonky":D

Crapwithmoney - you'll be Ok, a pound isn't much and will soon come off. Can you do any extra exercise this week? I've found walking the dog really helps!
Thanks Falady - yeah I'm sure I'll shift it no probs! I'll defo try up the exercise - planned on going to the gym last night, but aunt flo popped in unexpectedly, and she's always a bit of a pain when she's here, so wasn't feeling very energetic! I'll defo try squeeze summit in before I go to my guides tonight though!!
I figure if I do that, and stay off the alcohol next weekend (therefore avoiding the hangover munchies!), then I should be fine!!

Good Morning everyone! Very cold here this morning and very icy too, although the sun is shine which is a good thing!:D My DH and I will stay indoors again today, DD1 has gone off to work with a workmate who has a 4X4 and DD2 is happy that the school where she works is closed today:beer:.
Eating was pretty close to plan yesterday although a few sliced of buttered toast somehow found their way to me. I am putting the blame on Mother Nature because I am sure that in very cold weather our instincts are to eat more and lay in supplies of body fat to protect us from the cold! :rotfl:
Today I am having:
Breakfast - hot blueberry breakfast rice (free)
Lunch - beans and sliced quorn sausages on wholemeal toast (free, heb)
Dinner - Salmon with herbs baked in rice with vegetables (free)
Late snack - chocolate scan bran cakes served warm with muller vanilla/chocolate yogurt poured over ( 4 syns)
Anyone going out today please please be careful!
Love
