Burlesque_Babe wrote: »today...........erm.........I am 'fully embracing' the EE plan
so far I have had
1 muller
pasta n sauce (1 HE) with mozzarrella (the other HE) and about 2 ounces of chicken in it
small cereal bowl of lefotver chilli and rice
small cereal bowl of leftover cottage pie
3 digestive biscuits.
Dinner is going to be pasta, chicken, fresh tomato and basil sauce.
Technically I'm within the rules of the plan but I'm bitterly cold and feel the need to eat, so have done
You should be fine BB but I am a little confused about your HE - I can see the mozzarella is one HEA but are you counting pasta and sauce as a HE? Because the chicken would be free on EE

it's the milk in the pasta n sauce Marion - it's a chicken and mushroom one. Yep - the chicken I added is free on EE

on EE you can have both as HEA's or both as HEB's.

Since cheese is a HEB on the green plan you can choose to have it as your HEB on EE, thus you can have milk as your HEA and cheese as your HEB

Just to report the Carbonara Recipe in this months SW Magazine is gorgeous! Can post the recipe if anyone needs it0

evening all - today has been a bit of a bonkers day all round - BUT haven't been that hungry(which isn't like me at all) and its a good thing too as the cupboards are getting barer and barer. Roads v bad here so going to the shops (or sending someone else!) just for my SW saving Muller yogurts isn't really an option.
So here's what I've had
Breakfast: 2 Oatibix & Milk (HEB & 3 syns, HEA)
Lunch: Wheat-free pasta & cottage cheese, ML Yogurt
Tea: Rice, Quorn Sausages and Spanish Chicken Sauce (2.5 syns for just under a quarter of a jar), apple, banana
So, by my reckoning, as I had quorn sausages instead of chicken...I have a HEB left - bring on the Hi-fi bar and a cup of tea. yay..
I would normally eat 10 syns a day - but due to my bad start to the week, am engaging in a little damage limitation...Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side
