Best advice is - it didn't happen, you were a good girl so carry on regardless:D:o

Thanks Marion! There wasn't loads, maybe about 2tbsp's worth - but again that would be a guestimate! - i think I'll just try and avoid any more syns for the rest of the day, and hopefully that'll take care of the damage - but hey, it tasted good - so at least it was worth!
there's nothing worse than when you waste a good SW day, for something which turns out not to taste that great after all!

Little 1/2lb gain for me this week, goes to show that the secret is cooking for me
Things are so hectic with my mum moving into the house I will eventually be moving in to so been grabbing stuff here and there .. some days I have practically had 10 syns and no free food, especially as couldn't shop thanks to some unexpected expenses
However managed to snag extra lean mince out of mums defrosted freezer and also some chicken which I am very happy about (seen a lovely chow mein recipe I want to try with the chicken!)
Anyway, onwards and upwardsI am still 2 stone lighter then I was this time last year!

Pleased to announce a 2lb loss for me this week, im very suprised but not knocking it..It feels really good posting a loss again, it has been ages since i did that. The fish shop is still a hard one to resist but im trying my hardest, the worst thing is i start at 11.30 and that is too early to have lunch before i go and i dont finish till 1.30 and by that time im starving so i find myself caving in, i dont have time to eat lunch while there as we are so busy so taking food isnt an option..
Try and give me some ideas for getting thru this guys, ill try anything coz posting that loss has put a lovely smile on my face, see:T

Morning all - computer has been broken for a couple of days so will catch up with the thread this morning! Hope everyone is ok.
I have stayed off EE after 2 disappointing weeks on it and lost 3lbs this week - had mainly red days so I am pleased!
Total Week 13 = 2st 4lbs - yeay!
Today I am attempting to use my new slow cooker to make a stew type thing - that will be fun!
Breakfast will be an omelette because I am off work today I am having something a bit different and lunch will be some leftover gammon and stir fry veg.
Havent decided on the syns yet but it will be some sort of chocolate!
Hope everyone is well x xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Could you try just having a piece of fruit/muller first thing in the morning then eat brunch before you to work - bacon and eggs or beans&spud - something bulky and filling:D If not, and you are tempted to nibble at work go and look in the bins where all the grease and oily bits of fish and crap are - have a good sniff and think - is this what I really really want to eat? - ooh I think I've put myself off fish and chips now and I love them!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

midmorning - scan bran cakes (heb, 3 syns)
Lunch - last nights left over chilli in a jacket potato (free)

weigh in - maintain - as I predicted
That's 12 pounds lost in the first 4 weeks.....which is good, but now I've finished the 'honeymoon' period of it dropping off, I now know the hard work begins to get the other 138 pounds off _pale_"Stay Wonky":D

Well dont to the losers/STS
Don't get disheartened BB, you are doing so well:T
I have had a good week and although I have to admit I havent stuck to the plan 100% I havent gone too much awry.
We are having friends round for a meal tonight which would usually be a takeway but I am going to do a nice roast chicken with potato wedges and salad, might sneak in a bit of garlic bread but I wont have any:A
Have a good day everyone. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Its a bit like running a marathon isn't it, we start off with a burst of speed and then settle down for the long haul! I have been there and I do understand how you feel. The best advice I can give you BB is to relax and enjoy the journey! Eat well, choose the right foods as much as possible and when life happens - well it happens, enjoy the moment and move on!

Daily eating plan Morning:j Brrrr! It is cold out there, what is the positive side of that? Well for one thing it makes it easier to pick up after Charlie when he goes walkies :rotfl::rotfl:! Sorry, it might be a little early in the morning for toilet jokes!:rotfl:
Back to the serious stuff now, this is what I will be having today:
Breakfast - oats so simple, sliced banana and yogurt (heb, hea, free)
snacks - apples and oranges - free
Lunch - Last nights leftover beef and veg made into a little cottage pie with the left over mash! (all free) :money:
afternoon tea - scan bran cakes - 3 syns
Dinner - Steamed fish with onion, chilli and tomato topping served with rustic chips (free + 3 syns)
late night nibbles - 10 pieces of licorice (just because I like it honest:p)
I would normally have a couple of glasses of wine on Friday nights but I am having an alcohol free week to see if it makes any difference to my weight loss. Even though I syn it I am sure it slows my loss down!
