it's something that happens if I don't eat breakfast then go rushing off, even if I do have breakfast it can happen around 3 hours later.

Well good morning, good morning!! I'm not quite sure how I've managed it, but I've lost 2lbs this week!?
Maybe all the [STRIKE]nice[/STRIKE] fatty food I've had will catch up with me next week!
I've not been on much over the weekend, but I'll be back later to catch up on everything - since I actually have a mountain of work to get through! - The cheek!

had my weigh in today and im very happy as I HAVE LOST 2LBS this week..
I visited my best friend for the weekend and had lots of drinking, bad eating etc so am very pleased to have still lost this week.
Can feel it getting tougher now so will have to pick up on the exercise I think..Weight at 1st Jan 2009 = 17st 9lbs!! :shocked:Total lost to date = 1st 11lbs :jCurrent Weight = 15st 12lbs...Total debt at 1st Jan 2009 = £17,000Current debt = £9,000 :T0 -

Here is what I am/have eaten for today:
Breakfast - fruit and yogurt (eaten at class after weigh in - every little helps:D;)}
Lunch - ham and onion omelette, 1 tblsp EV olive oil as heb
Dinner - rice bake with leftover ham, vegetables, fruit and yogurt for later in the evening.
Sort of a busy day so it is a quick and easy day to go with the extra easy plan!

b: muller with banana
l: gammon round with salad and cheese (hea)
d: bolognaise with pasta
had 2 choccy biccies and a jammy wagon wheel at work so that's my syns gone, but I'm enjoying spending them on a bit of chocolate.
Will probably finish off the prunes in juice with a muller for my heb."Stay Wonky":D

Today for me so far has been:
Brekkie: Mullerlight yog and a Banana (all Free)
Lunch: HM Soup (Free) 2 Slices WM Bread (HEB), 1/2 pint of Milk (HEA)
Dinner: Who knows?!
Exercise (I must, must MUST!!! force myself to stick to it this time! :rolleyes: ): Step Class + Swim

retired lady, i just noticed your losses to date on the bottom of your signature, wow, you are doing so well and an inspiration to all us others..
its strange but i really try hard knowing that i want to come on here and post a loss..
just out of interest, does anyone have any ideas for "naughty" type snacks that are not too bad..
so far ive had fruit, some fat free jelly stuff, jaffa cakes (anyone know syns of these)..
