LouiseJ - this looks like a green day with only 1 each of hea and heb? Are you sure you will have enough to eat? I know I [STRIKE]am a greedy guts[/STRIKE] have a good appetite, but I would add bacon to the lunch and use mince in the chilli plus add loads of fruit and veg to the day!:D

Thanks for doing the chart - just wish I didn't have a 0 on mine:o:rotfl:

    2 yoghurts for breaky
    beans on toast WM (HEB)
dinner will be full roasted dinner, with 1 yorky pud and gravy (6syns)

I guess it is a green day with not enough health extras:rotfl: Think I am still a bit drunk from last night:o

I dont eat much meat so I guess I will have some more bread with my egg and chips and a piece of cheese later.

I have had some fruit and will have a mullerlight for a snack later.

NL I think it is wishful thinking about the toned muscles:D thanks for the words of encouragement though, you are all :A

Sounds like your blood sugar levels have dropped into your boots this morning BB, happens to me all the time. I once had to stuff a liquorice catherine wheel into my mouth at the checkout in Asda otherwise I would have keeled over:o

I Always have an apple or banana in my handbag for moments like that now.
