I have put 1lb back on this week:mad:

Think I will go for a EE day today
Breakfast - 2 x nimble toast with low fat spread
Lunch - SW chips and egg (hangover food):o
Dinner - Quorn chilli and rice

LouiseJ - this looks like a green day with only 1 each of hea and heb?Are you sure you will have enough to eat? I know I [STRIKE]am a greedy guts[/STRIKE] have a good appetite, but I would add bacon to the lunch and use mince in the chilli plus add loads of fruit and veg to the day!:D

im having an EE day today, started with
2 yoghurts for breaky
beans on toast WM (HEB)

I guess it is a green day with not enough health extras:rotfl: Think I am still a bit drunk from last night:o
I dont eat much meat so I guess I will have some more bread with my egg and chips and a piece of cheese later.
I have had some fruit and will have a mullerlight for a snack later.

afternoon - food for me today:
b: 2 bananas (eaten in the car after getting the shakes in Tesco because I didn't eat beforehand!)
l: leftover chilli with rice and 2 HE's of mozzarella
d:2 chicken breasts with some kind of spicy free seasoning, possibly some butter beans and salad with fat free dressing."Stay Wonky":D

Sounds like your blood sugar levels have dropped into your boots this morning BB, happens to me all the time. I once had to stuff a liquorice catherine wheel into my mouth at the checkout in Asda otherwise I would have keeled over:o
