blimey, I'm cold today!!
Lots of leftover pasta bolognaise from last night so that will be featuring as lunch for a couple of days!
b: muller with fresh mango
l: pasta bolognaise with HE mozzarrella
d: something with some chicken - probably paella or stir fry.
I've been having rather horrible gallbladder style symptoms over the last 2 or 3 days, so I'm watching what I eat like a hawk to keep the pain to a minimum."Stay Wonky":D

Hello everyone, can I join you? ive done SW on and off for years and have always had good results but then always fall off the wagon and put it all back on again. I weighed on wednesday and am 14st 4lb and aim to get down to 11st.. have done it before so i know i CAN do it, just need a bit of encouragement (nagging!) along the way. I can't afford to go to class due to my lack of cash but hopefully you lot can keep me on track, and give me some ideas. Ive dusted down my SW book but its from 4 years ago so not sure how up to date it is?
wish me luck!Jan GC £0/£2000 -
good evening ladies!
Well, a good day today -and check me out, I ate one (count it - one) ferrero Rocher, counted the syns and then CLOSED THE BOX. FRs are only my absolute favourite thing in the world so I am v pleased with myself.
Anyway...I am following Reg and Green - but this week its been all Green. The EE plan looks really good - but I need to get my head round it - potatoes AND meat all in the one meal?!!Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

Just re-read my post - that should of course be RED and Green - not reg! :rotfl: The lightbulb has gone in the computer room/junk room and I can't really see a thing!
Isn't it hilarious how conditioned I have become meal wise?!Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

Good morning all, the wind is blowing outside but no signs of snow yet! I made a big pot of soup yesterday that started out to be vegetable but ended up as scoth broth - very nice it was too! I have frozen several portions to have as cup of soups to keep me warm in this cold weather that is coming:cool:
Today I am having:
Breakfast - SW style pancakes with blueberries (free) plus a tablespoon blueberry syrup (2 syns)
Lunch - Roast chicken, carrots, cabbage, mashed potato (free)
Dinner - Rice baked with left over chicken, ham and vegetables with fruit and yogurt for dessert.(free)
Milk in coffee for my A and scan bran for my B choice today!
Weigh in for me tomorrow morning and once again don't feel like I have lost anything - and my admittedly dodgy scales don't show a loss either:(
Keep warm everyone and if you have elderly neighbours living on their own why not check and see if they are ok too?
Love

I have updated the SWspreadsheet today.
Well done to all the losers/STS
I have managed to loose a measly 0.5lb this week:rolleyes: better than a gain though.
Not sure what to have today, might make some broth to keep the cold out.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Hi Guys,
I've not been on for a few days because of DH being home so will read back through properly when he disappears tomorrow. I have fallen off the wagon big style though and have definitely regained some if not all and more of the weight I have lost
Back on track tomorrow!!Savings: £25000.00/£40000 by Jan 010 Weight: 9/14lbs by 15 May 09 Fitness: going ok0 -
bbrrrrrrrrr............cold one today!!!
Food for me today:
b: mullerlight
l: mashed potato, butter bean and mozzarella (HE) 'burgers'
d: roast chicken, roasties with frylight, peas, gravy (1 syn)
the symptoms I've had over the last few days seem to have subsided, so it's a case of keeping it all really low fat. I'd had 2 or 3 days of spending my syns on chocolate or biscuits and that's what seemed to flare it up."Stay Wonky":D

Just been to Asda and stocked up on lots and lots of free and HE food.............bumped into NL while I was there:wave: we always seem to bump into each other in supermarkets.
I have made a huge quorn chilli and think I will have any leftovers with a jacket pot for my dinner tomorrow night.
Planning my meals for the rest of the week should help me stay on track, especially on the evenings I am teaching. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0
