Well I find that it is impossible to ever get sick of chocolate so you should be OK BB:D

I am having SW chips, mushrooms and onions fried in frylite with gravy (1syn) Yummmmmm:cool: might even chuck an egg in the pan too.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

  • Hi everyone, I'm after some advice.

Back on slimming world now, first weigh in was on thursday and I lost 3lb. Feel motivated and am excersing too.

It's my payday tomorrow so have been planning my money. And herein is my question...should I go to the classes or put the £20/month towards meat etc for the freezer for healthy meals? I'm not a big fan of my session or consultant - the best thing for me was getting 1/2 stone awards or the occasional slimmer of the week.

I was thinking I could go to my mums every Thursday and get weighed there, she could write weight in my book too.

    What does everyone else think?

    Many Thanks

I'd save the £20 MrsAudus - if you think you'd stick to the diet without going to the class, I'm sure you'd put the money to better use! Maybe even save it and buy something new to wear when you're slimmer! :)

  • mrsaudus2b I go to class as I find if I dont then I dont stick to the diet. hmm haven't stuck to it this weekend anyway lol. OOps !!
Was looking at some pics with thekids yesterday and I have so far lost 32lbs and omg what a difference. You dont really notice as it is cming off but omg the pics dont lie. Cant wait to get another 2 stone off and see what I'm like by then.

But I just ate anyway. I struggled all day and eventually gave in at dinnertime and had jaffa cakes and then other things so ho hum.

I have that horrible sick feeling in my stomach that I always get on Monday morning - thats right its weigh in day today:o I wonder if I will ever be able to approach a set of scales without feeling fearful and apprehensive:mad: I have been good all week and stuck to the plan, eating in the evenings cravings didn't hit me this week yet I am still so frightened getting weighed! I did have a big loss last week (4.5 lbs) and I have never managed to lose properly the week after a big loss so I am not expecting miracles today, but oh it would be nice:D Wish me luck everyone!

    Love

  • Well done Spat!! Fingers crossed you'll hit your goal next week! And good luck retired lady - I've every faith in you!!

I weighed in this morning (reluctantly!!) I lost 1lb which isn't great, but given the blow out I had at the weekend (Ice cream and sweets at cinema on Friday, out for lunch Saturday - not SW at all!! - then out drinking Saturday night, and a day full of hangover munchies yesterday!!) - so I'm amazed to still have lost at all!!

Anyway - onwards and upwards - I'm back on plan as of today - and I'm scheduling my next treat for the 31st - so I have to be good 'til then! Hhhhmmmmm.....

    xx
