Hi everyone,
ive gone off the rails a bit during the latter part of the week, ive ate a large bar of chocolate other sweet crap :rolleyes: and drank wine :mad: .
The reason im so mad with myself is there was no reason for it apart from sheer greed, i have a freezer FULL of free food my fridge is filled with cold meats and yoghurts all free but i have a drawer in the bottom of the fridge filled with all the chocolate the kids got for christmas and i cant resist when it gets into my head, i think i may move it to the shed, that way if the kids want something they have to go out to get it and i wont be tempted as i cant see it.:ADFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -
Daily eating plan
Morning peeps, it is howling wind and lashing rain this morning! I mentioned the park to Charlie and he looked quite excited till I opened the door and then he went and hid behind the sofa!:rotfl: Think I will leave it till later!
Today my plan is:
Breakfast - fruit and yogurt and a mccain hash brown - (free+4.5 syns)
Lunch - SW Meatloaf portion from the freezer with peas and jacket potato (free)
snack - hi fi bar and coffee with milk (heb & hea)
Dinner - pasta bake with loads of added veg and very low fat soft cheese mixed through and a bit of grated mozzarella on the top (free + 6 syns) plus a glass of red wine (5 syns)

Marion I LOVE your posts. Please ramble as much as you like. I tend to hang out on here between meals, keeping myself occupied till the next chore rears it's ugly head (laundry, dishes etc).

I have lost another 2 lbs this week, love the new college building I work in as it is over 3 floors and I have banned myself from using the lift, my legs and glutes are aching but I guess that means I am working forgotton muscles:rolleyes:

afternoon all.
Just done some shopping to be delivered tomorrow. Am trying to get more of the new muller chocolate 6 packs but everywhere seems to be out of stock! Sob! I've ordered some of the noodle mug shot soups though as they are free and will be good as mid afternoon snacks.
I've also just realised that the prunes in juice I've been counting as syns could be a heb, which is excellent as I haven't had a heb for the last couple of days, but have had some prunes, so even better as it's saved the syns I was counting!
So, for today
b: 2 WW prune yoghurts and 140 g prunes in juice (heb)
l: leftover roast pork, SW chips beans
d: bolognaise or chilli with rice or pasta. Havent' decided yet. will have mozzarella with it as my hea.
I had 2 of my weetabix cake muffins around 1 am this morning so better count that as 7 syns for today plus the 2 tsp of jam I put onto them as 1 syn, so 8 syns today."Stay Wonky":D

Well the sun did come out and Charlie and I had a lovely walk in the park this morning. When we went into the park he was all white and fluffy and still smelling faintly perfumed from his grooming session on Wednesday. When we left he was covered in mud, totally bedraggled from running around with his little doggy friends, smelt of fox where he had rolled in their muck, and had a huge grin on his face:D Bless!
I did a MMA session this afternoon in the front room and sorted out a huge Ikea unit that has had everything stuffed into it for the last 5 years or so and moved a few bits of furniture around. Worked solid for almost 2 hours and got very red faced but must have burned off a few calories!
Looking forward to my pasta bake now which is almost ready to eat!
