    Good afternoon fellow SW'ers

    I finally braved the scales this morning, and I'm dead pleased....10.5lbs lost since 1st Jan :T :j
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:

    What are HiFi bars :confused:

    I agree with BB, I lurve the new Muller Lite Choccy yoghurts. Only tried the vanilla and choc one so far, but the others sound lush :p

    Hi fi bars are the cereal bars (for want of a better name) that they sell at class. They come in lots of different flavours (my fave is choc/mint) and are equal to a HEB or 6 syns.

    not tried the choc mullerlights as they didn't have any in Tescos.

    that explains why I've never heard of them...I've never been to a class ;)

    I got mine in Tesco on Friday, half price at the moment too. They only had the vanilla choc ones of the new flavours :D
