I've just got back from taking my Charlie to the park!!!
I was starting to get withdrawal symptoms from a lack of the chocolate mullers in my fridge (and the shelves in Tesco being stripped bare of them on Thursday) so I popped into the little Asda near me and they had 6 x6 packs.....I bought 4 of them :j
I do however, have an order coming from the big Asda tomorrow and I have 4x6 packs ordered from them as well  It did say on the order though after checking out that they are currently unavailable so they may not come."Stay Wonky":D

Thanks
I'm really struggling following a dfw SW, I find the cost of eating specified good things really adds up! And I lose more on red days but really can't afford much meat.
Having said that, as most recipes are for 4 people, my friend and I are taking it in turns to cook, so we do 3 dinners a week each (and usually 1 lunch too) and then pass leftovers to the other (I feed my kids with mine too but she doesn't).
She makes the pork meatballs which are divine, and I made a chicken curry which was divine too, I'm not keen on the SW curries that have fromage frais in them and this one didn't.
Very excited about chocolate mullerlights! My friend who helps out at SW said the lumpy mullerlights are now syns, is that true?0 -
Daily eating plan Good morning everyone, had a good lay in this morning which is unusual for me. My daughter was also up and asked for french toast for breakfast, which I have just cooked for her - Charlie had an upset tummy last night and she was met with the results when she came down this morning so of course she had to clean it up.;) (remind myself not to give Charlie reheated rice bake in future).
Must say it smells devine but I am not going to have any since I get weighed tomorrow morning and must be extra good today!
Breakfast - fruit and yogurt with scan bran cakes (free + heb)
Lunch - roast chicken, mashed potato, brussels, carrots, green beans, gravy (free+2 syns)
Snack - coffee and rest of scan bran cakes from breakfast (milk from hea)
Supper - Very large bowl of hm vegetable soup and fresh fruit as needed!
Hope you all have a good day
Love

I bought the lemon and lime flavour. It's a double sachet size. Any flavour would work - orange jelly and orange zest would be yummy also.
Well, I can't believe I've woken with another cold. This is so unlike me. I had a stinking cold in October just before my holiday and another one just before Christmas and I've woken with a heavy head and swollen neck. Sigh.........
anyway, food today will be
b: choccy mullerlight with a banana (thank the lord for the invention of choccy mullerlights :T )
l: chicken and mushrooom pasta n sauce made with hea milk
d: pork chops, SW chips, peas and gravy (1 syn)
heb will probably be some prunes in juice - it's a HUGE pot of them I have to use up, but they are yummy - with another muller at some point, probably a cherry/choc one which will be another 2 syns."Stay Wonky":D

I'll be honest and say the cost is where I am finding the Extra Easy coming into its own. I was always a Red day person, but agree with you that the cost of meat was a nightmare. However now being able to bulk it out with pasta/rice and potatoes is a huge difference. Having that dinky cheaper chicken portion doesn't feel so bad when you have a mound of slimming world chips or roasties to keep it company :rotfl:0 -
There we go i have emptied my fridge of all the childrens christmas chocs and sweets (they probably wont even notice), once they are out of site i will not bother with them, its when i know they are there and i keep looking in the fridge that i cant resist.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0
