  • 6lbs off for me tonight :j . But :o had 2 kit kats when I got home. I quite often have a wee treat on a Wednesday night. Keeps me motivated when I have a night of flexible syns. I have loads of weight to lose but no doubt when I get a good bit lighter I'll have to stop it. Am chuffed at the loss though. Good luck everyone else x

  • Morning

Well done for all those amazing loses!!! keep it going it gives me so much inspiration to keep it up too

I have purchased a couple more SW cook books off ebay which arrived yesterday and there are some mouth watering dishes in there when I start trying them out I'll pop them on here and share them with you.

Just to let you know I tried out something new last night completely bu accident though. You know the salmon and herb pie i put on here last week, well I hadn't realised I had run out of yoghurt and used cottage cheese instread. Now I will say that when I was mixing the cheese with the egg it looked a bit grim, but wow was it lovely once it was cooked, I did it with brocolii in it as well last night and it was scrummy!!!

Well I'm having a green day today and am prepared today as made a potato totlilla last night which is in the fridge and will be cubed up and I'll have it as a snack throughout the day.

Catch up with you all later

Have a great day...skinny minnie vibes all round ~*~*~*~
  • well done everyone on your weight losses:D

survived the weighin last night and lost 2.5 lbs :D

my consultant said the syn value for the muller choc yoghurts are: choc and vanilla free , choc and orange free , choc and cherry 1 1/2. Looked in Tescos this morning and they don't sell them.

didn't have time for brekkie (yep i know that is bad)

lunch may be rice and veggies

stir fry for dinner tonight with some mash

well done mm, great to hear your losing..really gives me motivation to keep on.

Had a rubbish day at work yesterday, but didnt eat anything bad so was very pleased. I have found quite a few nice meals from slimming world now, which all make good lunches so it is seeming easier than last time. The variety helps. Dont weigh myself until Monday but have my fingers crossed..

also, what is the amount of syns per day? im guessing something like a chocolate bar etc is loads..trying to find a treat which is tasty but not too bad for me..(eg instead of chocolate)

    afternoon all.

Weigh in number 2 this morning and i've lost 4 pounds. That's 8 pounds in total. Week 3 is usually a bit of a sticking point for me, my body suddenly realises it's not being filled with junk and seems to put the defences! However, I'm going to just accept whatever happens and to be honest, work harder to beat this.

well done BB - what a great result

Spat - my consultant says to have up to 15 syns a day - I tend to go for about 12 . You can have some chocolate within 12syns. I tend to have a reg pack of maltesers as my syns or a curly wurly.

curly wurly's are 8 (I think, haven't had any this time yet).

Your consultant will often give you a guide as to how many syns - depends how much weight you are looking to lose really. I try to keep to 10, but don't rigidly think 'I've had 7, I must have some more'. If I know I've had 10 then on a bad day, I can think that I'm using up a few spare syns and it doesn't feel as bad ;)

  • Hi everyone

Sorry havent been around however have to use the computer @ work as havent got one @ home. However thought I come & say well done to all the losers on here (in the positive sense). I had my WI on monday & lost 4.5lb :T :T :T :T which is good considering I put on 11.5lb over xmas.

Anyway since WI I have been V. good :A but I still have the weekend to get thru but hopefully with the EE plan that shouldnt be too much of a problem.

meal plan for today (late I know)

B - Crunchy Bran (HEB) milk (HEA) banana
L - Pasta salad, mullerlight, apple, kiwi (FREE)
D - HM Chicken curry with mushrooms (free) rice

Poss wont be on here for a few days & then takes me ages to read thru the posts I`ve missed.

Good luck for any WI`s I`ll miss

    Thanks
