thanks guys must say that over the moon wud be an understatement long may in continue ... I would like to add though the side effects that I am getting with Xenicol are truly disgusting but I know it will be worth it in the end!
MM your liver & bacon meal sounds fab.... talking about gravy I came accross a gravy in sainsbury's at the weekend and it states that it is less than 1% fat per serving (it their be good to yourself range) , I bought it as I love gravy and I must say that it tastes really lovely actually.
I cant afford to go to the classes so I would really appreciate if anyone knows or could find out what the syn value to that would be, if you need any more fat, sodium figures please let me know
many thanks

Well done on the loss SMWB thats is a great start, i used to be on Xenical and i had to stop taking it it was horrible so doc put me on reductil instead.
i cant help you with the Sainsbury's gravy but if ever you do fancy gravy then Mr T's stewing steak in gravy is free on original day, i blend it so there is no chunks of steak and add an onion and it covers a couple of dinners.
Been walking again tonight, borrowed the dogs again, covered 2.5 miles and walked quite quickly, i can really feel it in my legs so im gonna have a bath tonight instead of a shower, gonna have to miss tomorrow night as i do my nanas shopping so i will do my excersise dvd if i get the chance as wed is busy day for me.
Keep it up everyone we are all doing soooo well....DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -
I had my WI in today and have lost 6 lb this week. Ive being doing EE all week, and apart from a hic up at the start of the week i pretty much stuck to it and found it so much better. I ll try it for another week and if I still lose I dont think ill be doing many red or green days, but we'll see how it goes, I still think its too good to be true. My oh also lost 3lbs doing it, but he also had 2 rolls in square sausage on Saturday.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0
