Are you a teacher MIT? I just got accepted into uni to go back and do teacher training - got to wait 'til August though!
Yesterday went ok - kind of! Didn't fit any exercise in, as I felt awful as soon as I woke up - not quite sure what was wrong, maybe just tiredness from getting used to being back at work after the hols!Anyway, foodwise I had:
Brekkie: 1 Banana (Free), Mullerlight Yoghurt (Free), Bottle of water (Free)
Lunch: HM Veg Soup (Free), 6 Crackerbread (HEB), Spread with Extra Light Flora (3 Syns), 1/2 Pint of Milk (HEA)
Dinner: WM Bap (HEB), Spread with Flora Light (1 Syn) with SW Burger (Free), and Salad (Free)
Just realised I didn't have my second HEA, but don't suppose it'll do me any harm to do without it for the day!I usually struggle with only having 2, I'm a complete Milk fiend, and only being allowed to drink 1 pint a day is usually really tough for me! :rotfl:

Be consious of what you are eating, chew every mouthful at least 20 times (not as difficult as it sounds).
always eat at a table, sitting down and put your knife and fork down while you re chewing you food (this i did fine difficult with to start)
STOP eating when you are pleasantly full, dont even have that extra mouthful for good measure, whats left on your plate dispose of immediately.
there are only 4 rules to follow and are pretty straightforward, i find they are working great for me, i still find i want to pick at rubbish but im trying really hard not too, but, still do sometimes but these are my syns anyway.
Give it a go CWM and see how you get on, i think you will be suprised, pleasantly
Im following these rules combined with the EE plan so im not stuffing myself just because i can. i find that a problem with SW and me....DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

Thanks Northernlass!! I think I will give it a go!! I do often find myself eating when I'm not hungry - or even wondering to myself "Am I hungry yet?" - What could I eat next?
I know what you mean about stuffing yourself just because you can - I could never get my head round the fact that with SW, you can technically eat as much as you like, as long as it's the right food, and still lose weight? Surely you have to draw the line somewhere?

Its all to do with psychology, I asked the same questions when I had my consultant training and you really can eat as much free food as you want.
The reason behind this is twofold, firstly, say you wanted a jacket potato, you could have as many as you want, but how many would you realistically eat until you had had enough?, that's the key, you'd get sick of eating potato after 2 or 3!, secondly, it takes the pressure off, psychologically if you restrict someone something, the first thing you then crave is the thing you have been restricted, so by alowing 'as much as you like' of free food means it enables you to relax because then you know if you do get hungry you can eat something to satisfy that hunger.
The best advice though is to ust eat until you are full, n ot just eat for the sake of itAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00 -
