God only knows how I have managed this one but I seem to have lost 2lbs since last Sunday
Going to be really strict with myself this week and do some power walking up and down the stairs when at work as the new gym hasnt opened yet.
Wont have time to post tomorrow I shouldnt think so my menu for the day will be
Going for an EE day
B - Banana with Mullerlight
L - Prawn sandwich on nimble with very low fat mayo (HEB +2 syns)
D - Roast chicken with pots and salad
will use my HEA for milk in tea and coffee
Snacks will be fruit, fruit and more fruit:rolleyes:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Lou, I havent weighed in this weekend. Will do a 2 week biggie (hopefully :rolleyes: ) next week

Well I cant see where it has come off..........trying to remember if I was wearing my gel filled bra when I did my first weigh in, that weighs at least a pound:rotfl:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Good start for me, I have had my mullerlight and banana and I am armed with my lunch and enough fruit to sink a battleship:D
Dinner is already prepared so I should have no reason to self sabotage:o

Morning all - quick posting of my eating plan as I am about to go to class and get weighed. Not expecting a loss as I have been cheating myself in the evenings:mad:
Breakfast - oatmeal, yogurt, berries (HEB,free,free)
Lunch - Butternut squash soup - (free)
Dinner, Roast ham, mashed potatoe, brocolli and carrots (free)
milk in coffees - (HEA)

Feeling a bit grrrrr around the edges today, so have to keep doing my Paul McKenna tapping thing if I'm not to have an 'I'm pished off, I'm going to eat' binge!

L: Mince potatoes, peas, gravy (1 syn for the gravy)Homemade minestrone soup
Mondays and Tuesdays are going to be really hectic for the next 10 weeks as I'm teaching 3 different classes over 2 days and also have to be in the office for a few hours, so as well as being veryorganised for my classes and all the stuff that goes with that, I'll need to have food ready to eat that is SW friendly."Stay Wonky":D

Well - I'm surprised to say I had my first WI this morning and I've lost 2lbs!! Maybe not a great loss considering it was my first week, but given the ammount of unaccounted for syns I've had - I'm just glad to have lost at all!!
This week I will do better! :P
Not sure of today's plan yet, So far, I've had a banana, and I'm currently working my way through a Toffee Mullerlight Yoghurt
