I've decided it's time to get myself back into SW. I lost 2 stone on plan previously and most of it has creeped back on - like it does.
My aim is to lose 24 lb.

Morning everyone! well done on the losses, my first wi should be wed but to be honest I think I'm going to weigh myself monthly instead and hope for a HUGE loss then!!!, I'm just quite happy following the plan at the moment and I know it works as I've previously lost 4 and a half stone on it.
Just had some porridge for brekkie and that's filled me up, painting the living room today aswell so that should stop me wanting to nibble
have a great day everyone!!Aug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00 -

Well done to the losers this week and welcome to all new members:beer:
I am delighted to have lost 1.5 lbs this week! I have not been good and honestly expected at least to stay the same. That makes 6 lbs off in 2 weeks doing the extra easy plan. Think I'll stick with it!:D

Hello everyone..
Just thoght id say hi and join in this thread..
Im a male, 27 years old and looking to lose about 3-4 stone in weight. I have never had the confidence to attend a class so hopefully this can help.
I have used sw previously and lost a 1.5 stone, but like most people, gave up and put it back on.
Im now really determined to give it another go, and alongside some paul mckenna tips, have started well..
I started on 2nd Jan at 17st8lbs and weighed myself this morning for the first time, and I weighed 16st13lbs...
I know alot is water in first week, but im very happy with the start ive made. I am eating well and alot less than i used to. Hopefully this thread will help me continue for a long time..Weight at 1st Jan 2009 = 17st 9lbs!! :shocked:Total lost to date = 1st 11lbs :jCurrent Weight = 15st 12lbs...Total debt at 1st Jan 2009 = £17,000Current debt = £9,000 :T0 -

Welcome to you, im sure you will find all the support you need between us all, well done on your terrific weightloss this week and dont look at it as water weight, any loss is a loss in the right direction.
Louise does a spreadsheet each week and records all our losses so let her know if you would like to be added, its just another visual incentive for us that seems to help us along.
Retired lady...brilliant loss again 6lbs in 2 weeks on EE ill be happy with that. one question about the EE plan if you dont mind, how many A and B choices are you allowed each day?
im off for my chicken jalfreizi and glass of diet coke for dinner now.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

You get 1 of each HE choices. So one A and one B. What our consultant suggested we do if we used to use both of our B choices on cereal and bread is to syn your morning cereal ( 5 - 6 syns) then you can use your B choice on bread instead.
I found I didn't need to do this because I have already cut bread more or less out of my diet already. Love it too much - especially still warm out of the oven with fresh butter and home made raspberry jam - no no no!! I must not think about it:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
