  • Morning everyone, I am on day 4 of my first week back on this now, I'm not going to class though as I'm trying to save the money instead. Heard about these new choc mullerlights and sent hubby to tescos last night for them but they had sold out so I am going on the hunt today.

I have 2st7lbs to lose by end of May when we go on holiday, plenty of time hopefully, I haven't started exercising yet but will start running agin when I can be bothered!

Not sure what I'm eating today yet, been doing green days mostly so far but might try one of these extra easy days, I think I've got the hand of that

Daily eating plan Good morning!:j I am pleased with myself because I managed to get through Saturday night without going over my syns!:j I have been struggling in the evenings but managed ok last night. Maybe my craving binge is over?

Today I am having EE - probably always will do from now on:D

Breakfast - 1 ounce oatmeal soaked in lowfat yogurt over night with fresh blueberries mixed through this morning - this was very tasty and surprisingly filling - more so than if I'd cooked the oats:confused: (HEB + free)
Snack - 1 red grapefruit discovered cowering in the back of the fridge!(free)
Lunch - quorn lasagna (need to use up the quorn) - free + HEA
Dinner - vegetable rice and fish all cooked in the Remoska (free) with sugar free jelly and tinned peaches in juice for afters (free + 3 syns)
Snack - scan bran cakes - (6 syns)

    Love

  • morning all!

Had a bit of a shock when synning something that took my fancy when I was shopping. I bought a big tub of pitted prunes in juice, thinking they would be a couple of syns...........6.5 per 100g!!! Ah well, I will keep them for days I haven't had many syns and have them with yoghurt. I ordered them online and didn't see the ingredients - I wouldn't have bought them otherwise as they are sitting in a mix of apple and pineapple juice!

Anyway, food for today (think I'm an EE convert for life now !)

    B: Mullerlight
    L: Mince,potatoes, peas and gravy (1 syn)
D: steak and kidney in the slow cooker, peas, SW chips

HEB and HEA will probably be good old porridge this afternoon :D

Probably shouldn't have done, but I got on the scales this morning and I have to now hope they have the same reading on Thursday morning!

I've got the new mullers, I bought 2x 6 pack from Asda - they are really lovely!! The chocolate part of it is lots of tiny flecks of chocolate, yum!

I'm going to have a go at one of the recipes in the magazine today, the lemon terrine mousse.

I am feeling really dissapointed with myself, again, last night we ended up phoning for a takeway pizza because we make the day far too hectic and ended up not wanting to cook.

I am totally dreading this week as I have a full timetable at work which includes 3 evening classes, this means that I have to rush home at 3.30pm make dinner and be back out the door at 5.30pm.

So......today I am going to meal plan for the whole week and try and cook in advance and freeze some SW meals which we can all have on the nights I am working.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

I resisted pizza lat night Lou and instead settled for 2 slices of wholemeal toast whith a scraping of butter, boring i know but pleased with myself:T.
im gonna set to today and make some bologneise sauce and curry and freeze them so i can just grab one out of the freezer and reheat it, thats the beauty of this EE plan i can have rice with it too.

Oooh do let me know how the mousse turns out, I copied the recipe out of Mom's mag at Christmas. I can't get enough of lemon at the moment.

I have just had bacon and eggs with a bit of tommy k, later on I plan on having some hot thai soup with veg (a bit of a Tom Yum kind of thing) and then for dinner I will have beef casserole I am going to stick in the slow cooker in a bit.

I have just weighed myself and I have lost 2lbs so not too bad considering, hope this week goes better.

I can't see how they can be much as they are 100cals or less per pot and the saturated fat content is 0.2g, I would be guessing they are 1 syn at the most, just been to asda and stocked up, they are sooooooooo yummy!!!
