    Hi again all
May I join in again? This is gonna be my year and in order to achieve that, I'd like to be a little fitter and leaner to have all the body confidence to do what ever I want! :)

I'll aim to simply lose 14lbs to start, as have stacked it on, need to lose more but it'd be a good start!

    Ho hum.

I think part of my problem is that I haven't been playing rugby this year because of an injury, but I am back at training this week yipee!

OOOOOOOOOOOO what position do you play?
I was a prop for 16 years. I finally retired when i was pregnant with DS no3, in 2004. I miss it so much,it's torture just to go and watch. I'm always telling them what to do!:D
I miss training cos' I hate the gym. I have huge prop shoulders and neck which as I lose weight are looking more and more butch!:D

I know how you feel I've really missed it. I've played everywhere (depending on my fluctuating weight status) but am a hooker at heart!

  • Oh blimey, I just discovered two packets of dark chocolate which had fallen behind the microwave:eek:. Good news is I don't like dark choccy that much and it is individually wrapped into two square portions so I will be less tempted to eat it all up in one go.

I intially bought it to make chocolate brownies or muffins, which I must resist at all costs
