I know losing a stone will make me feel better and I know I CAN lose a stone. Stressing about losing more than a stone will demotivate me so what's the point!

I have a really dodgy stomach today. I dont think it likes all the oranges I have been eating and its burning and gurgling this morning - this is my bodies way of demanding chocolate I think so I am going to ignore it!!
Had a satsuma for breakfast so far but really cant face anything else at the minute. OH went shopping yesterday so have loads of ingrediants to make yummy food but appetite has completely vanished.
Kind of regretting going so mad over christmas now as I was in a nice routine and enjoying it and now its soooo hard to get back to it. Weigh in on Wednesday, really hope I can lose the 2lbs I put on last week but we shall see.

Lou - use soy sauce to make free egg fried rice.
Cook and let the rice go cold first. That way you won't get a sticky mess.
Use spray light and add a beaten egg or 2 and cook that, then some soy and the rice. Cook it through and add peas and chopped spring onions if you want. Add more soy if you want.
If you have some syns, oyster sauce make is taste lush - add around a dessertspoon to a serving whilst it is cooking - 1 dessert spoon is only .5 syns and really makes a difference to the taste."Stay Wonky":D

Morning everyone - here is my plan for the day
Breakfast - ham omelette with a satusuma (free)
Lunch - vegetable rice (free)
Dinner - beef stew with root veg and mashed potato plus a mullerlite (free)
Will probably have a syn free time because I went way over my allowance last night!:o
Had a nice long walk up the park this morning and not long got back! Hope everyone has a good day! I get weighed tomorrow morning and think I have blown it again this week:mad::rolleyes:

Ok probably doing this all wrong but I have decided to concentrate on losing weight and deal with the smoking at a later point. My weight has been an issue for so long (30 out of 38 years) and I'm halfway to overall target of 5 stones so I want to keep momentum going.

Rugby - I am doing the same. I am losing weight first and then concentrating on quitting smoking. I tried to do both at once and it was just too much in one go.
This way I can put my full energies into losing weight and then into quitting instead of a half hearted effort into each! xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

I'm glad it's not just me. The stupid thing is that I started again in August after being smoke free for EXACTLY 9 years!:mad:
I weigh in on Wednesday so I will see what the final Christmas damage has been. If I can keep it down to a total of 3 lbs gained I will be well chuffed. We shall see. I wonder if I can get away with wearing a swimsuit for WI?:DLBM:FEB 2008
