    Hello,

I am definitely definitely back on the diet as of Monday. I have managed to put on almost a stone since July and can feel every single extra roll of flab. Sooo it's time to get off the sofa and restart SW. I am hoping that this thread will inspire me and keep me on track. My first goal is losing that 14lbs!

Thanks and happy Slimming New Year :o

    Hiya

Well I haven't been doing SW for a bit as I have been happy-ish with the bit of weight I'd lost from running, but now I can't do that as often, I can feel pounds sneaking back on.

I am about 11.5lbs from a weight I feel comfortable with (which is still fat lol, but feels okay to me), so I want to lose a stone to get me to that point. I would still have more to lose then, but I want to set a small goal that I can achieve, because saying I want to lose 2.5 stones has never worked for me.

So I'm starting from now (guess I shouldn't have had that golden syrup flavour microwave porridge then eh? :o), cos a girl has to feel confident in her underwear doesn't she! :D

:rotfl: :rotfl: That made me giggle! I didn't actually gain 11.5lbs over Xmas honest :o - I gained about 4.5lbs, but was already 5lbs over the weight I'd got down to previously, which I felt quite happy at. I wouldn't be slim at that by anyones standards but I know that if I could lose a stone, I would feel so much more confident.

Thanks for that - I reckon I can make it through the rest of the day on 8 syns so I'm quite happy with that! :T

I bought a very nice black satin-looking neglige-type thing from Asda for a fiver that covers lumps and bumps nicely! :D But I'm newly single with a rather sexy new man on the scene so I've got to make an effort hehehe! :D
