Hi everyone,
ive just been looking on the SW site and the free menus that they give you has a choice for the extra easy plan, i was looking thru it and am i right in saying that you can fill your plate with as much free foods for iether day but only get 1HB and 1HA choice a day but you still get your syns allowance too.
This does seem extra easy to me and will be ideal for my sister as she could never get her head round the healthy allowances section lol.
So do i have this right, is there anyone out there who has started the Exra Easy plan yet and if so how are you managing it.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -
Northernlass - that is the way my SW consultant explained it to us. One A choice, one B choice , normal amount of syns and unlimited free foods. Much easier as now you can have all sorts of things like chilli, spag bol , roast dinners without counting things as a b choice.£2 savers club 2025 #40

we haven't had our official talk on it in class but will do so this week but my consultant just told us quickly about it last week.
I am doing a mix of the plans but am doing the easy plan today as we are having spag bol tonight (hubby is cooking) and have only had a tiny bit of cheese as my A choice and a hi fi bar earlier this afternoon as my b choice.
Hope you and your sister do well on the Easy plan Northernlass:D£2 savers club 2025 #40 -

NL I am definitely not going back to group, going to up my activity levels and do the plan myself. I bought some really good scales so I am planning to hang around here (I will update the spreadsheet soon, honestly):D
I can put the £4.50 a week to better use too:o
Happy New Year NL, did you have a good one? xxBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
I'm on day 2 of the new plan and it seems a bit too good to be true. Guess it will be proven one way or the other really at weigh in.

I think the new plan is just a low fat, no processed foods plan really. It just seems weird that I can have chilli and rice tonight and it is all free!

I am going to be 100% this week and hopefully most of it will come off by next weeks weigh in - fingers crossed!

It's most unlikely that this increase is fat (honestly) and fluid will come off as fast as it went on. You have done amazingly well so far, the rest will follow as surely as night follows day. The scenic route is often the best route to take - it allows you the chance to learn how to deal with food without guilt.
Rock on Marion :rotfl: :rotfl: and a Happy New Year.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0
