well, it's all started! Here goes!
I'm going to follow the new easy plan they have just launched, although after breakfast and then a mullerlight and strawberries literally minutes ago, I still don't feel satisfied, but am going to have to grit my teeth until I do lunch.
Food for today:
B: syn free sausages and baked beans
L: SW chips, roast ham and mushy peasRoast veal, bacon, stuffing (5 syns), gravy (1 syn), peas, roast potatoes made with Spray Light
Snacks: so far - muller light and strawberries.
I think I'll use my HEA and HEB on some porridge this afternoon, probably topped with a banana."Stay Wonky":D

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!
Hey guys.
It looks like we're all posting with the same intentions!
It's the first day of the new year and I am so gonna stick to the plan!
I have gained 1.5 lbs over the holiday so far. I did go a bit potty last night with the syn loaded buffet, so I have got to be VERY strict in order to minimise the damage. Good thing is that my class doesn't get back to normal till Weds (7th) so I have an extra couple of days to work off the effects of last night!
I am saving for a wedding and move to Germany so my budget has tightened considerably. I am going to have to have more green days (cost of meat), I'm not quite sure what effect this is going to have but I know my saving's accout will be happy.
Fingers crossed for all of us!LBM:FEB 2008

Am thinking of kick starting with a syn free day tomorrow (easier when OH isn't around), just eating super free stuff, supplemented with HEA cheese ration and the 4 ryvita HEB x2. NO ALCOHOL!!!!!;) Any thoughts?
Where are you all?:DLBM:FEB 2008

Hi everyone,
(:oNL sheepishly walks back in:o)
Well i thought it best to come back after my 3 weeks away, i have gained in the region of 5lbs over the 3 weeks but gained more before that when i was going to group which is why i took the break in the first place. i feel im ready to start again now but i know i will find it hard, i must meal plan and always take a shopping list with me when i go out shopping.
I too bought a wii and wii fit at christmas but i havnt had the chance to actually go on it yet, that will start in earnest when the kids go back to school, im also going to walk everywhere and do extra walks down the dene etc.
I also bought myself a pilates frame and dvds to help tone up my saggy bits which i have intentions of doing 3 times a week,
I wont be going back to class as they have changed the day and it is the only day i can make it so im gonna have to go it alone with the help i get from you guys and retired lady's food plans LOL.
So heres to us all a new year a new start and a new shaped body...Yippeeee.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -
Welcome back northernlass we missed you, rugbymum - your syn free day seems like a good way to kickstart a diet plan
Right - here is my eating plan for the day - I have been so good since Boxing Day (New Years Eve does not count:rotfl:) I am doing the extra easy plan on SW
Breakfast - fresh fruit salad with yogurt and 5 scan brans (free+2.5 syns)
Lunch - Spanish ommelette with slice ham and roasted peppers using 1 tblsp oil (free+ heb)
Dinner - Vegetable & ham rice (cooked in the remoska) with parmeson cheese (free+hea)
snacks - satsumas, mullerlite tonight
Started my £20 storecupboard challenge which will run Thursday to Thursday - spent nothing yesterday but going to Lidls today - hadn't realised I was out of olive oil:eek: - why didn't I buy this last week when I wasn't on a challenge:mad::rotfl::rotfl:. I will be picking up some veg as well although I still have frozen to use.

Well happy new year to one and all!! - Lets hope 2009's a good 'un - filled with some slimmer trimmer us'!!!
I'm checking back in with my WI - I've put on a grand total of 4lbs over Christmas!  But to be fair, this isn't too bad considering all I've eaten!
I'm not getting back on the plan 'til Monday - purely because that's when I'm back to work, so that'll be Christmas officially over for me!!
The good news is, my bro's agreed to give me some free personal training! And since I'll be too poor to do much else - we'll be getting back to our Salsa class twice a week (paid for a group booking and have only used a couple of lessons), and living in the gym otherwise!! So hopefully that'll help shed a few extra pounds!!
Good luck everyone for the first weekend of the year - hope you all have a good one!!

you have to commit to not buying whatever you want for a 100 days. I have chosen...bath and hair products, magazines and crisps/potato snacks. There a ton of different challenges going on on this forum - good luck
btw I had an orange after my omelette£2 savers club 2025 #40
