It's most unlikely that this increase is fat (honestly) and fluid will come off as fast as it went on. You have done amazingly well so far, the rest will follow as surely as night follows day. The scenic route is often the best route to take - it allows you the chance to learn how to deal with food without guilt.

Rock on Marion :rotfl: :rotfl: and a Happy New Year.

Thank you for that consultant31:beer: I have stuck to it 100% since Mondays weigh in except for New Years Eve and of course everyone knows that New Years doesn't count:p:rotfl:
How did you get on, havn't seen you on here for a few days?

My heb and hea will more than likely go on a bowl of porridge this afternoon.

Might use my syns on a jammie wagon wheel ;)

You are all talking about the new plan right? My class isn't back to normal till Weds, so I have no idea what the deal is. Please let me know how you are al getting on though, so I can feedback to friend (whose consultant GAINED while doing the Extra Easy thing), and group.
I'm having to have a few syn free days, just updated my food diary for the last few days and OMG:eek: !
I'm sure OH and I haven't had time to work it all off:o ;) .

Beef casserole sounds good bb, I found loads of stewing steak in my freezer this morning so think it will figure highly in my menu's over the next couple of weeks:rotfl: I don't have a slow cooker though so I will just have to put into the oven on low for a few hours. We don't have central heating so it will help keep the house warm too - very os:T

Wow that is great! When you say tomato sauce is it the same as tomato ketchup - and its free? If so I know where I am getting my next bottle of ketchup from:T I love ketchup but use it so sparingly because of the syns!

Marion I use my Remsoska for casseroles all the time (saw in an earlier post that you have one), I do use a casserole dish though otherwise it browns the top of it a bit too much.

I love my Moz cooker, havent used my main oven since September:D it is now cupboard space.

    Meals for me today

B - Tomato and mushroom omelette (free)
L - Quorn chilli on jacket potato (free)
D - Vegetable egg fried rice (free)

    Milk for tea for HEA
Toast with Honey (HEB 2 syns)

Activity - food shopping, putting away Christmas Decorations, 10 minutes Danceathon:D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Tomato sauce/ketchup deffo! Linessa light tomato ketchup 500ml 59p!
I also use it as a base for homemade sweet & sour sauce.
Tom sauce, soy sauce, 5 spice powder, vinegar & sweetner. No precise quantities just mix & taste till you get there. It's Free! I make loads and store in a jar in the fridge.
