Beef casserole sounds good bb, I found loads of stewing steak in my freezer this morning so think it will figure highly in my menu's over the next couple of weeks:rotfl: I don't have a slow cooker though so I will just have to put into the oven on low for a few hours. We don't have central heating so it will help keep the house warm too - very os:TWhen life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -

Marion I use my Remsoska for casseroles all the time (saw in an earlier post that you have one), I do use a casserole dish though otherwise it browns the top of it a bit too much.
I love my Moz cooker, havent used my main oven since September:D it is now cupboard space.
Meals for me today
B - Tomato and mushroom omelette (free)
L - Quorn chilli on jacket potato (free)
D - Vegetable egg fried rice (free)
Milk for tea for HEA
Toast with Honey (HEB 2 syns)
Activity - food shopping, putting away Christmas Decorations, 10 minutes Danceathon:DBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

I also use it as a base for homemade sweet & sour sauce.
Tom sauce, soy sauce, 5 spice powder, vinegar & sweetner. No precise quantities just mix & taste till you get there. It's Free! I make loads and store in a jar in the fridge.LBM:FEB 2008
