I wonder if I can get away with wearing a swimsuit for WI?:D

When I used to go to class, one member was so desparate to get the 1/2 pound off for her next award, she took her skirt off! :rotfl:

(she was wearing a slip underneath though!)

I always take my glasses off when being weighed at SW-I think that may have more to do with me not wanting to see how heavy I am though:rotfl:

  • Hello, hello!!

Glad to see you're all feeling so positive for the new year!

Lou can I update my target please? I'd like to lose 18lbs by the 3rd of July, so at 3lbs per month - that should be do-able!!

Can I also change my carried forward weight loss to zero? :o I put it all back on over Chrimbo!!

But I'm back on the plan as of tomorrow, and dragging my sorry backside back to the gym!!

    xx

LouiseJ would you mind adding me please. I have my first meeting tomorrow night, a bit worried because it all looks so complicated. Have borrowed some recipe books from my friend and some of the food look delicious and easy to make (a bonus for me as I love to eat but hate to cook!)

I have a massive amount of weight to lose almost 200lbs    (yes you did read it right - 200lbs) but will start off with smaller goals. My first being 28lbs.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to which spices/herbs I can add to my online order being delivered tomorrow?

RVK - I'm not much better off than you with 150 pound to lose :o

I would add dried mixed herbs and curry powder as the 2 'staples' to do lots with - the Value/smartprice mixed herbs are fine. After that, perhaps some Cajun spices or Tex Mex ones. They can be added to loads of different things such as chicken, pork, beef etc for Mexican/spicy dishes generally.

Well, I've been poking my head round the door for the last few hours, trying to pluck up courage to come in and ask if you'll all let me join you AGAIN :o

If you will have me back, I would like to lose a stone by the end of January. Lots to lose, so easily do-able ;)
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches
