Hello, forgot to weigh myself yesterday but did today and I seem to have lost five pounds! weird but I haven't been feeling very well so I suppose I haven't really eaten much over the last week or so... still that makes a stone now so I'm well chuffed!

Good morning everyone:j This is a flying visit as I am off to SW in a minute to get weighed. Not expecting good news again:o Yesterdays eating was ok but had to change the menu at the last minute. I was going to make a beef casserole cooked slowly in the oven. Took the meat out of the freezer the night before and left on kitchen counter to defrost. When I went to prepare it at noon the next day it was still frozen solid! My kitchen is as cold as the fridge I reckon! So I made a pasta bake and will be having the beef stew tonight instead!

    Todays eating plan: mix2match

Breakfast - fruit and yogurt - (free)
Lunch - Left over pasta bake (free)
Dinner - Beef stew with vegetables cooked slowly in the oven plus mashed potatos (free+2heb)
Milk in coffees will be hea

Will report my weigh in results in about 3 hours - wish me luck!

    Love

ps - and the knob on my dishwasher is broken - I pushed it in and it went in completely and fell down somewhere inside the door:eek:

    Good luck with the weigh-in!

First proper day for me today, I was going to start yesterday but the dinner I had planned would have had syns in it, plus I had half a bottle of red wine crying out to be drunk! So I decided to just be as healthy as possible yesterday (other than the wine) and start guilt-free from today.

All going okay so far....I didn't get time for breakfast which is a bit rubbish but I'm having an early lunch so I don't get hungry and start snacking. I've made a big bowl of couscous with some salt, pepper, chilli powder, a dash of soya sauce and a squeeze of lime - it's really quite nice. :)

I love ExtraEasy:T!!! I lost 4.5 pounds this week! I was so bad on New Years Eve and again on Saturday night that I thought I had really blown it! I am so happy right now and feel totally inspired to be extra good this week!

    Hi,

Can I join please. I have a huge amount of weight to lose - I actually look like I've eaten myself at the moment lol. I have quite a few SW books from when I attended their meetings several years ago, which was a complete disaster cos the meetings were held in a pub next door to a chippy!

I also have a spreadsheet thingy which tracks your weight loss progress and makes a pretty little graph if anyone is interested. new to the forums so I don't know how to post links or anything yet but I'm sure I'll get there eventually.

I haven't had a chance to plough my way through the whole thread yet so I've no idea if I need to submit (embarassing) details or anything yet
