You are self sabotaging your self. All you have to do is figure out why. There is nothing wrong with you but there is something inside of you that does not want to lose weight. Figure that one out and problem solved! It can become very deep thinking about the reasons why you think you arn't worth it but when you do it is like opening a door and letting fresh air and reason in!
Sounds like a lot of psycho babble I know:o, but have a hard think about it. You don't have to share the reason with anyone if you don't want to - once you figure it out. I know why I overeat but I am not ready yet to share the reasons - but I know what they are:mad:

    Can I join please??

I want to get rid of 12 kg (nearly two stone if I've got my calculations right).

I've heard about Slimming World but I'm located in Spain and we don't have it here - can someone explain the basics of red and green days or point me in the direction of a useful website (I had a look at the official SW one but couldn't find the info...).

Weightwatchers is not for me, I can't stand faffing around with points...

    Thank you :)
    hey there, welcome,
the best way to start to get to grips with the SW plan is to go back on the SW site and follow a free food menu for 7 days, this will give you the basics you need and will help you get to grips with the plan. they have 3 menus on there at the moment, the original and green menu and 2 extra easy menus, give it a go that way to start withand see how you get on, im sure you will be fine

Right lets give a helping hand and start listing why we need or want to lose weight, it doesnt matter how trivial or vain you think it is just list it, it could be a matter of life and death for you to lose weight so list it, maybe some might trigger something in our brains to help us along on our way.
One of my reasons for losing weight is

My DH loves my cuddly bits (two cuddly bits in particular!)

As I haven't been to a class in a while I can't check Syn values online. Could anyone help me out with these?

Food Doctor High Bran and Seed Bagel (or is this a HEB)?
Natural Harvest Granola Bar (again could I count this as a HEB?)
Strawberry Muller Rice (lite I think??)

    Thanks muchly!
