Thought I had better update the SWspreadsheet this morning as its the last day of the week.
Had a terrible 3 days
Thursday - Works Christmas Party with buffet that was all unhealthy stuff, only salad was the garnish on the sandwiches.
Friday - Ran around all day so totally shattered when I got in and ordered a pizza:o
Saturday - Friends came over for a meal which was an Indian takeaway followed by a good handful of quality street chocs
Not to mention the alchohol I have had:eek:
Every day fronm now until Boxing day we have something on which involves wine and Christmas food..........*sigh*
Should I just enjoy it and worry about it later
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

I'm dreading the next few days.
My head is full of good intentions, I've kinda worked what I can and can't have (too much of), but DS no1 is home from uni today and I pick up OH tomorrow.
I really want to stick at this cos I can see the results but I have no will power.
ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH:doh:
I need this guy following me around all day
