I think I really just need to be more organised and stop waiting 'til I'm hungry to try and decide what to eat!!
Are you getting married? When's the big day? It must be good to have such a great incentive!!
Do most of you use just the plan to try and manage your weight loss? Or do you try and fit in some exercise as well?
xx
I tend to have the same breakfast every day during the week, then I can decide later whether to go red or green (depending on weather, fridge & cupboards etc). Leaving till you're hungry = snacking while you decide!;)
I've been nursing three kids over the last six weeks (long-term illness, whooping cough and general yucky) so exercise has been non-existent. I promised myself I would go back to swimming once I had lost my first 2 stone. Still haven't gone though, busy being a nurse.
Wedding date......ummmmm.....I think our English wedding is going to be 3 August next year. Proper German do later that month (waiting to speak to the Priest).LBM:FEB 2008

Well done Marion:T and all the other losers/sts.
I went to a do on Saturday evening. Two G&slimline tonics and a plate of free foods. Then I b*ggered it up with a plate of cr*p from the buffet. I was so sick afterwards! I guess my system isn't used to so much processed, manufactured food!!:j That will make it easier in future to make the right choices! (or I take my own plate!).
I have struggled this week and I'm not looking forward to tomorrows weigh-in.LBM:FEB 2008

I have been sticking to plan ok but really must try and get out and do some more walking. Some days my arthritis plays up abit and my knees are too sore but I can manage it on others:j
Todays mix2match eating plan is:
Breakfst - oats so simple mixed with frozen blueberries and milk (heb+free+hea)
snack - 2 satsumas
Lunch - Home made turkey and vegetable soup with wm roll (free + heb). I am making the soup from a turkey leg I bought reduced at Tesco some time ago for about 20p and has been in the freezer ever since:o
Dinner - quorn lasagna with sweetheart cabbage and carrots on the side (free+5syns) and for dessert the rest of yesterdays scan bran and custard(6 syns)
Hope you all have a good day
Love

Or have you ever made "crisps" out of lasagne pasta sheets? Wet them on either side, then grill them, and you can sprinkle them with salt/vinegar, or salt/pepper, or even some cheese as an HEA. Not quite the real thing, but they're quite good - and they're free on a green day!! Depending on the topping!!
Bought myself some crackerbread last night when i went to pick up a few bits from mrT's. SW online says i can only have 6 as a HEB tho. Still that'll be enough for lunch with loadsa ham n cherry toms. Also i normally have weetabix for breakfast - usually just the one and apparently you can have 3 crackerbreads with that for one HEB.
Anyhoo weighed in this morn n i STS. I'm getting really frustrated coz i've been really good all week (ok thats mainly coz i've not been too well, but still...). Today is normally the day i go daft coz i've been good all week but thats all about to change. Thankfully my back is on the mend so i can start some exercise today.
Also think i need to take a leaf out of marions book. Your so organised. I can never plan/decide what i want to eat till hungry, i'm gonna try harder to be more organised.
Just a question.... Whats everyone doing for xmas lunch? Are you gonna be good n have an SW stylee dinner or are you have a well deserved day off?

Im also having (most) of the day off on xmas day. Now that I have a free pate recipe (thanks Angie) I will be having a red day and have the pate with toast free +HEB, then Turkey with all the trimmings will syn roaster and have my other HEB as new pots. am also going to make stuffing balls out of morrissons eat smart sausages, taken apart then mixied with sage, salt and pepper then wrapping in bacon. THEN its pudding time (yum) ive got Asda extra special individual mini cheesecakes and M&S mini melt in the middle choc puds. im not even going to look at the syn value, and going to enjoy myself for the rest of the day. Having the extra roasters if i feel like it, a few glasses of wine and nibbles later and maybe cheese and biscuits.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0
