Well done Lou - you are almost halfway to target - brilliant!

My weigh in in the morning - not looking forward to it this week - had our christmas party in work today and fully intended on staying away from the buffet - but the intention didnt work and I had about 3 plates of buffet food and it was delicious!

I'll be regretting it in the morning though! x x

  • Well ladies - it's WI for me tomorrow, and I have to say I'll be a bit afraid of standing on those scales!

I'm actually thinking I might leave off the diet for the next week, and come back to it when Christmas is over! Weak I know! But I've so many things on over thenext week that either involve food or alcohol - and as much as I wanna be a skinny minnie at some point in the near future - I also want to enjoy my Christmas - and a week can't do that much harm can it? (Or that's what I'm telling myself anyway!! ;) )

I had an interview last week to go back to uni and do teacher training, and I found out this morning that I've been accepted!! :T :j But my lovely boyfriend is taking me out to my favourite restaurant to celebrate! So coupled with the 2 Christmas lunches, 3 Christmas dinners, 2 gigs, 3 boozy nights out, my niece's birthday party, and Christmas day itself that I have to contend with in the next 12 days - I really doubt there's much chance of me sticking to the plan!! ;)

I hope you all manage a little better than I do! I'll be back on track pretty promptly in the new year, but I'll pop in to see how you're all doing between now and then!

    xx

    Well done lou and crap_with_money:j

I spent last night going over recipies and ideas for sw last night coz i'm starting to get bored of eating the same sort of stuff.
So heres my plan for today....

    B - 2 weetabix (HEB/HEA)
L - jacket spud with quorn chilli and salad (free)
T - pasta n cheese sauce (free + HEA - using low fat soft cheese for sauce)

Syns - 1 tempting toffee options (2syns) and 2 rich tea fingers (2syns)

I've also dug out my health coach for my ds. I got it way back in the summer and used it religously till the batteries in the pedometer ran out. So now i have new batteries for it i can start using it again. It's set my steps target today at 9000 which aint too bad. I've gotta go into town this afty so i'll easily do that today.
