All the A19 is closed, the roads in peterlee are gridlocked, no taxis are running it makes me laugh, a little bit of snow and the country comes to a standstill, what did we used to do in the 80s when we used to have snow half way up the doors.

the consultant was OK i guess, bit flustered i guess she didnt know how to take us all lol, i think she may be ok tho we only have her for december then we get someone else in the new year.
She put a holiday in for you so you wont have to pay double next week.

my problem is im being very lazy i cant be bothered to cook real meals, if i could get my head around cooking again i will be ok. i made an effort and bought food for my slow cooker but havnt used it yet. ill try and get my head around it from tea time tonight, i promise....

    LBD is Little Black Dress:D

Both My boys are stuck in Peterlee after their school said they were opening so my neighbour battled to get them there then an hour later they rang to say they were being sent home. I cant get out of the lane so they are now going to have to wait till OH picks them up at 5pm:eek: Luckily they have friends in P/Lee where they can wait in the warm.

I hope the roads are more clear by tea time.

  • Ok - so my second weigh in this morning - and I stayed the same! - Surprisingly, I'm actually happy with this! I had a total blow out really since last Thursday, and only started to get back on track on Monday - so I'm just happy not to have put any on!

I'm gonna get my backside into gear, and give it a really good go between now and Christmas! I only have 2 weeks 'til my crimbo night out with the girlies (one of my work ones is next week - but I'm not so fussed about that!) - so I'd ideally like to lose another 3lbs between now and then (well, technically, I'd like to lose another 6 - but I suppose I should be realistic!!), then I'll be looking just dandy in my slinky green dress (which in a very MSE effort, I'm recycling from 4 years ago, when I was just a tad trimmer!)

    Anyway, my plan for today:

Brekkie Banana and Mullerlight Yoghurt - Both free (Went to the bother of putting my weetabix in a bowl, but felt a bit sick when I started eating it, so took the fruit and yoghurt to work and ate it when I got hungry)

Lunch, Bacon and Mushroom sandwich (using an HEB for the weight watchers wholemeal bread, and a couple of syns for the extra light flora on my bread)

Dinner, roast chicken, with roasted veg and roasted potatoes done with Frylight instead of oil )Free, Free and HEB and I'll maybe have some gravy which should make up a few more syns for the day!

    xx
