I am feeling very dissapointed with myself:o The weekend was a total disaster as we went to Wigan to SIL for our Christmas visit.

Several takeaways and lots of wine later I feel really sluggish and guilty. My weigh in tomorrow after missing last week due to the flu and I am dreading it.

I am going to have to stick to the plan religiously for the next 2 weeks if I have any hope of fitting into my skinny trousers for New Years Eve:rolleyes:

I WILL get back in control of this!!!!!!!!

Well dont to all that lost last week or STS:T
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Hiya peeps,
Had a fun time at dr's this morn! He suspects i may have ibs and will have to control my intake (or poss cut out altogether) of all things including wheat and possibly dairy:eek:, as that includeds most of my staple diet god knows what i'm gonna eat! Had to have some tests to see what it is i may be intollerant to. As far as my back goes he's given me some tablets to take but so far they've had no affect at all.
Was really naughty n got on the scales this morning just to see - lets say i'm pleased but as we all know things can easily change:rolleyes: . Weigh in day tomoro so i'm being extra good today:p .

Just think how good you'll feel when you get into those skinny trousers on new years! You'll do it no probs. I've had plenty of set backs over the last few weeks so i dug a pair of skinny jeans i've bought myself and tried them on. Suprised as i was they fit - well kinda fit. They fasten but my muffin top dont look too good in em. A few months a go when i got them they wouldnt even fasten. So just think about how far you've already come. We will not be beaten!;)

I know this is a bit late, but I stayed the same on Thursday when I had my weigh in.
Not sure what this week is going to bring as we had our works Xmas do on Friday, lovely lovely food and far too much wine. Think I must have had at least 3 weeks worth of syns in wine :o

Being trying to eat lots of super speed foods to try to undo some of the damage. Oh well, it will soon be Thursday when the truth will be known

Well done Nickynoo!! that's great news! And I wouldn't worry about the Maltesers - they are the lighter way to enjoy chocolate after all!! ;) (OK - so obviously I watch too much TV!!)

Today's gone ok diet wise, but I had my big interview this morning (finally!!) - so I've not really had the chance to think about food the last day or 2!! I'm damn hungry now though!! :p

Good luck to everyone else who has their WI's today!!

    xx

We seem to have lost a few members along the way but we are still doing really well. I am dreading WI tonight but I must go and face the music or I will start to do the old head in the sand thing:rolleyes:

    Hi everybody.
i havnt been on all week, i have had so much going on at school with the christmas plays (which were fab i must say.. thank god there over with now tho) that i havnt even thought about following the plan. i weighed myself tonight and by my scales ive put on another pound but i will find out for certain when i go to weigh in with Lou...
i think im more focussed in myself and feel i can start again tomorrow properly, hopefully i can..
i will update later when i know the truth once and for all....

well done on the spreadsheet once again Lou, looking at it mine is the only one with a run of gains and its not nice so i must do something about it and you can help by keep pushing it in my face to remind me to stay on the plan LOL...
