I only made it because Asda failed to deliver my shopping and we didnt have so much of a crust of bread. I will just have to have very thin slices:rolleyes:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

I've seen people talking about slicer things on OS board but always felt that was extra expense and clutter, just wondered if there was an easy way.

I have a meat slicer that you are able to cut bread with, it comes out of the cupboard at parties and christmas...so not a good investment really...mind you saying that i bought it in 2000 from asda and it only cost £15 and it has never let me down (on the rare occasions it is used:rotfl: )
well done penguin on your loss again you are doing brilliantly, pass on your tips as you are catching up with me and ive been going since March  .
Im still not into it, i downed a bottle of wine last night to cheer me up but all i did was sleep lol. so im gonna try again today, im making curry and rice or wedges for tea and am having mug shot for breakfast and pasta for dinner, gonna be bloated me thinks so will have to drink plenty..

A mug shot is a packet pasta you make up in a mug with boiling water, free on a green day if fat content below 3grms, they are on special in asda at the moment, 4 for £1.50. come in different flavours..DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

Low calorie meat ones get my vote. I do eat quorn, but I just can't get on with the sausages!

Morning everyone! The sun shone here for about 5 minutes this morning - it was quite exciting:j, but then it went all grey again
.
Here is my plan for the day:
Breakfast - egg, bacon and tomatoes, chinese pear and a yogurt (all free:D)
Lunch - HM vegetable soup with scan brans topped with 1 tblsp peanut butter and sliced banana (free + heb + 4.5 syns)
Dinner - SW recipe beefburger on wholemeal roll with SW chips with spicy salsa dip (heb + 6 syns + free + 2 syns) followed by fresh raspberries and yogurt (free and I got the raspberries reduced last night for 40p!)
Milk in drinks through the day will be my hea. This is a total of 12.5 syns for the day.
Love
