yeah me too...but the spray one is good...have old flannel to rub knees and elbows straight after, and rub in round toes...I do mine a day or two before. I find this one better than the spray booths(the Ross on freinds ones) xx0

Yup I agree - perfectly normal!
I use the Clinique cream fake tan and it's really good! It's tinted so you can see where you're putting it! Or the johnstone's and dove ones are good if you get the light ones and build it up over a couple of days - although the dove one smells like cookies - so if you're still on SW by then that might just drive you mad!
Trick is to exfoliate (extremely) well the night before then moisturise - have nothing on your skin before you put the fake tan on (no deodorant or moisturiser) but moisturise well the day or 2 after to make it last!

Hmmmm cookies....how many sins in a bottle??
Yeap...exfoliate and moisturise is the key....I only know cause my sis is a total girly girl and bosses me about x0 -
I am hiding indoors for the weekend as I now look like the elephant woman with my sore mouth full of cold sores:o
Trying to plan 2 weeks worth of meals so that I can make the most of an online shop at Asda to be delivered tomorrow.
I am not having any red days at all lately as I just cant seem to find stuff that fills me up as I am not a great lover of red meat. I do like prawns, fish and chicken but they arent very filling for me.
Guess I am a carb junkie:oBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Good morning everyone - it is the dreaded weekend, the time I normally struggle with the plan and undo all the good I have done in the week:mad::o.
Today will be different, I have girded my loins and my resolve!:p I won't promise about tomorrow yet - one day at a time!:rotfl:
So today I am going to have:
Breakfast - Not long out of bed so just going to have fruit and yogurt with my scan brans this morning (free + heb)
Lunch - Bacon and eggs with mushrooms and tomoatoes - free
afternoon snackies - optifit yogurt with berries
Dinner - Toad in the hole made with 3 low fat sausages and 227g jacket potato mashed (my portion will count as (5.5 syns plus 1 heb for the potato) served with carrots (free)
evening snack - home made cinnamon swirl scone - 10 syns
That will make a total of 15.5 syns
What do you think?

Hiya peeps,
Never got chance to pop to town to get any fake tan but after rummaging around upstairs i've found some avon spray tan and a bottle of the johnsons stuff too so i'll be experimenting over the weekend. Wish me luck!
Off shopping tonight to stock up AGAIN. All i ever seem to do lately is food shopping. I've been goon and written a list full of sw friendly food so i've got no excuses! Need to find some time to pre prepare some meals for next week cuz i'm gonna be mega busy helping my mum move into here new house, not too bad tho cuz its only a few doors down from mine.
I'm thinking of making a few quorn lasagnes and quorn cottage pies, filling and syn free. Off to get ready for work soon for a whole 2 hrs! Hardly worth going in (new stupid computer system that does rota for you, apparently its meant to be better - yeah right!)
Catch up with you later x£387.39/£196.46

The diet's not gone so well the last couple of days!
I was out for dinner on Thursday obviously, which was planned. Stuck to it all day yesterday, but was really hungry and fed up later on at night, so ended up having a sandwich (it was brown WW bread, but I'd already used both healthy extras, plus it had luxury coleslaw on it! then I had crunchy nut cornflakes later on, and again for brekkie! And that's all I've had so far today!
Need to get my act together or I'll be putting everything back on that I lost last week!
Feeling quite stressed out though, as I have an interview next week - and don't feel as though I have nearly enough time to prepare for it - but then being on here won't help I suppose - so I'd better get back to it!!
x
PS Good luck with the tanning nickynoo0 -
Boo - stayed the same this week so no loss for me. Must do better, I've been really good so feeling a bit despondant. This is usually when I give up and stuff my face but will take it on the chin and keep going.Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Last week I stayed the same.....
This week I have lost 1 pound....woo hoo..
Although if I could clear my head and sinuses of all this snot, I'd lose at least half a stone (sorry if TMI)
Hope everyone's ok and soldiering on.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0
